Small site, peaceful stay

Just left Moss Lane CL site. Must say superb welcome and checks from Andy the owner. Email prior to arriving was very useful. Very peaceful stay, no hassle or worries. Toilet and shower was spotless and wifi and tv signal superb. We will definitely return.

Great facilcites and location, we will return

Couldn't fault the facilities, electric, water, toilet and shower (and I am fussy!)

Andy was very friendly and welcoming. Prompt reply to my booking email a week before arrival. Informative email 2 days before detailing instruction for arrival and local area. We will be returning

Great CL

Well kept, immaculate CL, warm welcome from Andy. Couldn’t do enough for us. Toilets and showers first class. CL small but perfection.

First time and wont be the last

A great welcome on arrival by Andy, explaining where everything was on the site, the loo, the shower the walks nearby to local pubs. Came each morning to check everything was ok. Free wifi & good tv signal. We will return. Cath & Paul.

Another favorite for us!!

Just returned from our first visit to this recently opened CL. We will difinitely be back. Entry into site is very easy and the narrow lane to the site is easy to negotiate with plenty of passing places. Pitches are quite long and we could fit our twin axle caravan and car on the pitch without over hanging. They are not quite wide enough to site car and caravan side by side and stay on the hard standing. Facilities are spot on. The toilet and shower are of a very high standard. Got a great welcome from Andy on arrival and he was wandering around again on Sunday having chats with eveyone and making sure all was going on OK for everyone. The field opposite the site is great for exercising our dog and there is also short walks to two pubs nearby. The problem is I know this is going to be a popular site and availability is going to be at a premium but good on them for setting up a great new CL!!!!

Little Gem

We have just returned from our second stay on this lovely site. It is a perfect place to break up our journey to & from the Lake District. It's 5 minutes away from the M6. The site is very clean & is in a very peaceful area. The toilets & shower are very clean & the pitches are very well maintained. We had our dog with us & there is a lovely big field acoss the road from the site which she loved running around in. The owners are very nice & helpful & sent us an email with all the information that we would need before our arrival. We highly recommend this site. Thank you Andy & Lisa for making our stay so enjoyable. Di, Tony & Poppy Rose

One of the best

We have just stayed at moss lane for four nights and we were very impressed by this lovely site. The owners Mr & Mrs Walling have put a great deal of thought and work into the site and are very helpful. The pitches are level with easy access, Toilet and shower are very clean. The Wi Fi and television signal is very good. We will definitely be retuning .

Fab CL Site

We are always looking for new CL's close to home and found this one. I received very quick response from the owner Andy, giving us clear directions and helpful information about the site, as he and his wife Lisa, wouldn't be there when we arrived. Access is pretty good, bit of a narrow lane approaching the site, but lots of passing places. The site is at the side of a working farm, but apart from a few animal noises the site is very quiet, with lovely views over the countryside. Some nice walks, particularly along the Lancaster Canal to Guys Thatched Eating House, which is always worth a visit. Good ehu and water supply on each pitch, free wifi which worked very well. Nice toilet and shower facilities are provided at the side of the farmhouse. Very good price too, so if you like these CL's give this one a try you won't be disappointed

Relaxing 😎

Before we even got to site we recieved a lovely email from Andy the owner giving us details of the site .. shower and toilet position wfi code etc which was a great touch .. the site is lovely and peaceful with nice views and its very clean .. the shower and toilets are also very clean .. the pitches are well situated .. there are pubs near by within 20 mins walk .. A very friendly and helpful site .. we will definitely be back
