Country elegance

We loved this site, visited for 4 nights 15th September 2024. all amenities you need peaceful and quiet and not far from the main routes. Visited the Planks nearby for lunch as the cafe beside site was closed. We hope to come back again.

Visit to one of the best cl sites

My second visit to this lovely cl site. Andy always available if needed. Friendly owners. Peacefully site handy for places to visit. The cafe next to the site does brilliant food particularly breakfasts . Facilities on site are good

Peaceful, tranquil well kept site in beautiful countryside setting, easy to access and only a short distance from the M6 motorway. Friendly welcoming owner who supplied lots of information by email before arrival on directions and places of interest in the local area. I would 100% recommend this site.

One of the best CLs

Used a few times always happy to go back. Lovely site brilliant facilities and very friendly owners who are only to happy to assist and help when needed. Good walking with access down lane onto the Lancaster Canal excellent little cafe next door brill Bacon/ Sausage cobs and lots of lovely pubs nearby and the beautiful village of Garstang will be back always a lovely place to stay

Good site

Had a 3 night stay here. Site clean and tidy and well maintained. Didn't use the shower so can't comment but had great breakfast in the cafe. Easy walk along the canal to the pub.Will definitely be back.

Great little CL!

We stayed at Moss Lane for 2 nights and found the contact, the recommendations and site perfect. The pitches are well kept and the toilet and shower facilities were clean and adequate. The site is in a lovely location with plenty of walks - the canal is flat and easily accessible from the lane or the nearest pub, Guys Thatched Cottage. We would definitely return.

Stop off on route

Very professional and friendly site. Used as a stop off this time but will return for a longer stay. Excellent

Brilliant site

Great site great facilities however my one complaint is that the drain grey waste has a brick surround and being elderly lifting the waste container full or even half full to access the drain is difficult.. Other than that one small query the site is excellent

Really restful site.

It’s a good site which is kept clean and tidy. The shower and toilet is kept clean, the shower is hot and has safety rails. Love the peace and quiet and watching the new lambs playing. It’s in the middle of some lovely towns, Garstang, Poulton, etc. we found a new farm shop close by too. If you want a no hassle site this will be the one for you.

A nice week's holiday

Had a nice week's holiday here, the site is clean and well run and ideally placed for visiting the attractions of the area. We would return if in the area in future.
