Peace and Quiet

Stayed over Good Friday and had a wonderful peaceful time. Julie gave us a warm welcome and provided a couple of walking routes for us to try. We decided on the shorter walk which took us through Bibury to see the sights and then on into the countryside. We would have caught the bus into Cirencester but they were not running on the bank holiday The site itself has all that you need for a short stay, lovely large pitches, water and EHU in a lovely setting. I would recommend it to anyone wanting a quiet stay for a couple of days and some lovely walks.

Always a good stopping point

We have enjoyed many stays at both sites over the years with former owners and Peter and Julie today. Bibury is a pretty village and you are far enough out not to be bothered by the constant flow of visitors. Great walking from the sites.

second visit and still fantastic

We loved the site the first time we came and it has been improved since the first visit. We loved the water tap on the pitch and the amount of space. They seriously could have comfortably had 10 vans on the field and still had loads of space. The only small criticism was the WiFi. We were in pitch C and struggled to get a signal. When we did, it was hit and miss. Also, (not their fault) the cellular signals for our MiFi router were really weak. We use Virgin (piggybacked from O2) which were non existent at times. Maybe EE would be better! Even so, we will be back next year. Steve and Kendall Joel

Great CL with easy access to the Cotswolds

Just back from a short 2 night break with friends and we all thoroughly enjoyed our time at the site and in the local area. The welcome provided by Peter and Julie was second to none who also provided lots of local information of interest. We'll be going again!

Brilliant CL

Spent five nights here in October. Great base for exploring the area. Warm greeting from Peter on arrival. Everything explained very well and the facilities for recycling, waste etc all easily accessed. Would definitely visit again and highly recommend.

Fabulous

We have just returned from an 8 night stay at this wonderful site. Directions were easy to follow and as others have said, a genuine, friendly welcome from Julie. Our hardstanding pitch had electric and water with pretty good Internet. Extremely well maintained and attractive site with ample space between pitches for privacy. There is an information shed in addition to the welcome pack with recommendations for eating out and walks. There is a bus stop at the end of the road, particularly handy for those in motorhomes. We thoroughly enjoyed exploring the local area and looked forward to returning to our tranquil spot each day. I can't recommend this outstanding site enough

I'm back again

First visit in July this year and immediately booked a week for the Fairford airshow next year year. Decided i couldn't wait that long so sneaked another break and im sure their will be plenty more. Must be one of the best CL's in the country. Easy access off a quiet lane to a beautiful flat grass field with plenty of space. All pitches have 16amp electric and a water tap with grey waste emptied into the hedge. Good CDP , rubbish bins and a nice information hut. Good WiFi . Nice warm welcome from Peter with an information pack and order form for his home grown vegetables . Lovely views from the peaceful site and glorious walks straight from the CL. Only a short walk into glorious Bibury one of the jewels of the Cotswolds. Already looking to find a date in the diary to come again before July.

Excellent Site

My wife and I recently stayed at Orchard sites Bibury. We had not caravaned for quite a few years but had remained members of the club. The site was excellent and well maintained, our hosts were on hand if required and were very approachable. We had a lovely few days and can highly recommend this site.

Brilliant CL site

We have just returned from this brilliant CL site the owners were so helpful and gave us lots of information about the surrounding places to visit it’s an absolutely beautiful site which you can easily walk to Bibury.

Excellent site

Thanks Peter for having us we really enjoyed your lovely site. It was an excellent base for exploring the surrounding area on foot, bike or in car. Easy access and plenty of room. A plus was having water on each pitch.
