Perfect site for a short break. Lovely flat walks from the site, very friendly and helpful owners. Will certainly visit aganin.

Very convenient for touring the Cotswolds. Be nice if it was open all year. We'll organised.

We visited Orchard Lodge CL recently and found it to be lovely little site. Each pitch was clean, well served and information regarding the area clearly offered. A bonus for us was walking to picturesque Bibury (inc the Trout farm to get trout for tea!) and access lo the bus which we took into Cirencester. We had a lovely 3 nights and would highly recommend - we'll hopefully be back! Thank you Julie and Peter.

Perfect place for our first outing in our new Basecamp 2.

Nice flat CL site with 4 hardstanding and 1 grass pitches. Note each pitch has its own water tap, with waste water into the hedges to keep them green, and of course electricity. We chose this site as it was just a 1 1/2 hours drive from home, this being our first outing in our new Swift Basecamp 2 caravan. For the techies among you this site has the fastest and free WiFi ever - >100Mbps up or down! Peter the owner and host was very attentive and helpful, supplying maps and other information. Great walks from the site with pubs locally at 1 and 3 miles away. Highly recommend this CL.

A great CL in the heart of the Cotswolds

New to CLs we stayed here for 3 nights on the way back home from Dorset. A clean and well kept CL with water and electric on each pitch. Easy access to bins and recycling by the gated entrance. Nice view over farmland. Easy drive to Cheltenham, Gloucester and Cirencester. short wak into Bibury. Warm welcome by the owner and plenty of local information provided. We would definitely stay again next time.

Orchard Lodge A lovely, secluded CL site.

This was our first visit to Orchard Lodge a CL site near the village of Bibury which is about a 20-minute walk away, this is one of two sites owned by Peter and Julie, the other being Orchard Meadow, which is an all-grass site, Orchard Lodge has 4 hard standing and one grass pitch, each pitch has its own water tap, electric hook-up, grey water goes in the hedge rows. It has a good CDP secluded at the top of the site, the rubbish bins are located down the short drive by the main entrance, which is gated, they have a good information hut and Wi-Fi. We went with friends who highly recommended Orchard Lodge to us, and their recommendation did not disappoint. On arrival we received a warm and friendly welcome from Julie who made us feel right at home, early evening Peter came over and introduced himself and gave us an insight to what was in the area. This is a very peaceful location, with beautiful scenery and wonderful Walks close by. The site is very well kept by Peter and Julie who are about most days with a friendly smile and are happy to stop and chat they have a great sense of humour and make your stay one to remember. We had a great stay and are looking forward to our next visit.

A Great Welcome from Julie and Peter

We have visited a few time now and always receive a great welcome. This CL has become one of our favourite locations, Some great walks, and many places to visit within easy reach. A dedicated Tap on each pitch is a big bonus, there is also an information Shed. We have enjoyed a very pleasant stay, made even better by our very friendly Hosts. They have made quite a few improvements recently, making a there stay even more pleasant. Many Thanks to Peter and Julie, We will be back.

This was our first CL site. Pleasantly surprised. On arrival a lovely greeting with good helpful informative information. Very peaceful location with some wonderful Walks in the Cotswolds Already booked for another visit.

The orchard meadow & orchard lodge sites are absolutely suburb with fully serviced pitches. The scenery and location is again absolutely beautiful, with Bibury a stone throw away. The location is perfect for visiting various places within the cotswolds. The gardens within the grounds of orchard lodge are beautiful and a credit to the owners Peter & Julie who never seem to stop. The site is also kept to a very high standard and nothing is to much trouble for Peter & Julie. I would recommend these sites to everyone, even though I may have trouble rebooking myself in the future. This is a absolutely gem of a site and I will be returning ASAP just to catch up with Peter & Julie. Regarding Peter & Julie myself & my wife can honestly say what a fabulous hard working couple they are with a pleasant manner and funny sense of humour. Dai & Cher.
