Hi everyone,

We wanted you to be the first to know about a new member offer with My Esso Card. The My Esso Card is a fuel card that provides savings at 1,300 Esso fuel stations to help drive down the cost of touring. Members are guaranteed to save on fuel at every Esso station across the UK with the only consumer facing fuel card.

We are the only organisation within the touring industry able to provide this offer to members.

What is the saving?

On average members will typically save 8p per litre on premium diesel or unleaded fuel and 5p per litre on standard diesel or unleaded fuel. That’s a typical saving of £5.60 per tank on premium fuel or £3.50 on standard fuel (based on 70 litre tank of fuel).

The saving varies based on the My Esso Card special rate and the Esso pump price rate. In the unlikely event that the pump price is lower than the My Esso Card special rate members are guaranteed to save 1p per litre on the pump price. You can use the My Esso Card to fill up all your vehicles, not just the one you tour with.

There are no fees to sign up and no transaction or processing fees. You can also earn your Tesco Clubcard points when filling up.

We are also running a competition for members for a chance to win free fuel.

To launch this great new offer, My Esso Card are giving Caravan and Motorhome Club members an exclusive chance to win free fuel. 10 lucky winners will win 175 litres of fuel and another 10 lucky winners 75 litres of fuel!  Members need to register for a card and fill by 31 December 2018 to be entered into the random prize draw.  Winners will automatically have the fuel credit added to their My Esso Card account.

To find out more about this member offer visit My Esso Card Member Offer on the Club website

Morrison's fuel is £1.14, £1.21 and £1.24, how does that compare with the latest card offering?

Posted on 05/02/2019 18:09

They might be where you are.  Our Morrisons were charging 1.29 for diesel when I filled up a couple of days ago.

Prices where I live are normally higher than the PK card, so I'm looking forward to receiving it and getting saving.

Rowena

There is no company called "Braintree Payments Limited" that I can trace. Looking at the web link you have provided "Braintree" would appear just to be a label for "Paypal" trading through its/one of its  Luxembourg company. However on balance that may not be a bad thing since Paypal are a trusted name.

Thank you for the reply however when signing up nowhere are we advised that payments will be processed through any company called Braintree.  This is not mentioned in the T&Cs and neither is it mentioned however to resolve a payment dispute.

I think that this needs to be escalated to the FOS as this a vary valid reason for a complaint.  BTW there is no complaints procedure in place in the event of a dispute like double dipping etc and I am sure that the FOS wil frown on this.

Secondly if this has been 2 years in the making how come the company Pump King was only formed in April 2018 and has not track record etc?

I just received my email from Pump-King (despite the continued lack of any response to my previous emails to them) advising that I'll be getting yet another card!

I read on these 800+ posts about how so many people can't seem to get even one card that they've applied for, and now I'm expecting my 3rd!

just had a reply to my email from pump-king,  everyone will be issued with new cards and new pin numbers, as of 19th feb,  due to the amount of technical issues, hope this gets sorted as I am in a rural area so no discounted supermarket fuel for me nearest one is 40 miles.

I applied for this card in early December. Two days later having studied the Terms & Conditions and having done a company search on PK Fuels Limited I decided it was not for me. I contacted them by email and by letter cancelling my application in accordance with the T&Cs and asked them to remove my details from their records. No reply to either but after chasing them and CAMC I got an email confirming my account was cancelled. They did not confirm that they had Deleted User my details from their database. Since then I have received 2 cards! Today I have received an email telling me that I will receive a new card by 19/02. This company are totally useless and you cannot be sure that your info is safe with them. The CAMC should be ashamed of tieing up with such a disreputable organisation. Avoid!

Going by the few members commenting on here (not number of posts - as it seems to be the people most of the time) there must be a large number of satisfied members.
