PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING.

This thread is not for discussions. Post ONLY factual information.

To provide a comprehensive list of problems encountered, I would suggest that each post lists only one issue at a time.

Provide details of problem  as concisely as possible.

Operating system, machine used and relevant software. i.e. Macbook/ PC/tablet, Windows XP/ iOS7 etc, Safari/Internet Explorer/Chrome inc version No.

Please do not enter into discussions such as "I've had/not had this problem" as this will detract from the objectivity of the thread. Hopefully this thread may assist the IT department in finding where "all the bodies are buried".

PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING.

I cannot access from my computer or laptop. Actually no part of the club's site works. Even when not logged in. The links do not work.

Through the help chat I have been told there is a problem?  I am on through my phone which others have said works

What an absolutely useless piece of software the search facility is on this site.  This morning I wanted to reread the thread concerning breakaway cables in Holland.  Enter a search and came up with pages and pages of site names.  Changed the wording of the search and still the same.

For the club - Breakaway cables have nothing to do with sites.  I just don’t believe that sites write the word breakaway cable in the body of their text

finally found the thread using google

I'm on my phone now, the only thing that can get me onto the web site. I hope we get a response soon.

Had the same problem from yesterday evening, no links working on Windows. Funnily enough it was working on my iPad and my Android phone. I thought I had the same problem this morning but when I went back to the Club main page I was able to log in and continue to the forum. A very strange state of affairs! You could understand the website being completely down but to discriminate against one operating system is very odd!

I'm on my laptop now, plugged in, couldn't get in anywhere on the web site earlier today or yesterday evening via wi-fi but the phone worked.

I couldn't get links working yesterday or post using Safari 12 either.

This website just goes from bad to worse. When is the chief exec actually going to take control and kick some ass to get this long-standing problem finally resolved instead of the current blundering from one mishap to another?

Perhaps a motion of 'no confidence' at the AGM might focus his mind.

on my main PC now, wouldn't work before though.

Is the club going to come on and say what happened?undecided

I am really annoyed that the club has not said what happened or said sorry, too much to ask?
