This thread is not for discussions. Post ONLY factual information.

To provide a comprehensive list of problems encountered, I would suggest that each post lists only one issue at a time.

Provide details of problem as concisely as possible.

Operating system, machine used and relevant software. i.e. Macbook/ PC/tablet, Windows XP/ iOS7 etc, Safari/Internet Explorer/Chrome inc version No.

Please do not enter into discussions such as "I've had/not had this problem" as this will detract from the objectivity of the thread. Hopefully this thread may assist the IT department in finding where "all the bodies are buried".

On a positive note......I have noticed that, if you 'time out' while writing a long post, instead of just losing everything when you press the 'submit' button, now nothing happens.

After trying a few times, it dawns what has happened. You can then 'copy' the text, log in, get sent back to the home page, navigate back onto the forum, re-find the thread......and paste your text and submit it.

Progress of sorts, I suppose.....

OHHHH D3ano's noticeable by his absence!! Has he skipped off to the show with all the rest of HO, including the IT guy?

The update to the app seems to have failed. Apart from the boot up screen which has the new logo, other pages still have the old flag and caravan club.

Update to above, works OK on iphone, all new logos. Still shows old CC flag and name on ipad 3.

Latest problem......CT seems to have been flooded with threads about the new Club logo.

I thought the mods usually closed all these duplicate threads? Are they not able to do so for some reason?

I have closed a few and left a note pointing to the correct discussion. None of us are here 24/7 so it is possible that at certain times of day they are not seen until later.
