PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING.

This thread is not for discussions. Post ONLY factual information.

To provide a comprehensive list of problems encountered, I would suggest that each post lists only one issue at a time.

Provide details of problem  as concisely as possible.

Operating system, machine used and relevant software. i.e. Macbook/ PC/tablet, Windows XP/ iOS7 etc, Safari/Internet Explorer/Chrome inc version No.

Please do not enter into discussions such as "I've had/not had this problem" as this will detract from the objectivity of the thread. Hopefully this thread may assist the IT department in finding where "all the bodies are buried".

PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING.

CL Search - The ‘Filter by..” feature is still not delivering the correct results.

Specifically the Hardstandings Filter has not delivered the correct results since this new website was launched, first over-reporting the number and now under-reporting the number.

The Club has been informed (numerous times) about this issue, but 2 months after launch it’s still not right.

Hardstanding CL’s: Nov 2016 = 892.  Dec/Jan = 2313.  Feb 2016 =

One could ask whether it is even relevant.

Maybe not. However, if you are going to show information it should be correct. If it is used in the number of new posts, it perhaps explains why this is also often wrong.

Main problem at the moment is that the web site runs so slowly.

Have been on other web sites and they were fine, so I think there is a problem at the CC end.

This is really shameful that it's not been fixed, no new sites directory either so newcomers in particular won't have a clue how to find suitable sites.

I couldn't agree more, Brue. East Grimstead is living a fantasy if they think everything is now running smoothly. CLs should be a priority but we, the members, are not kept informed of any timescale in fixing schedules. Why don't they put an apology on the front page of the website and inform potential users of CLs that there are problems?

How CL owners supposed to remain loyal to this club when they're treated like this?

Edit - Sorry CY for not keeping to the remit but sometimes things need to be said.

For good customer relations and until a fix appears the CL pages ought to have an explanation and advice about the problem. This would help all concerned and go some way to recognising the frustration of members and CL owners.

I've tried to leave a review of a site I reviewed 2 years ago and can't.

I have just booked a stay at Teesdale Barnard Castle.

The CC have kindly put the event in my Google Calendar.

Unfortunately it shows that I am staying at 'The Premier Inn, East Grinstead'!

There is a link in the calendar event that takes me to the email confirmation, that I received showing the Teesdale Barnard Castle booking, so why does the calendar text state 'The Premier Inn'?

The link can't be edited either, just Deleted User.

I changed a previous booking to make the  new booking and that has been automatically altered correctly.

Not a big problem but symptomatic of the sites bigger issues.

The last post is often not correct. The two screen shots were taken at the same time. On UK sites and touring, first time out with a motorhome is shown as the last post. However, when you open up UK sites and touring there are many posts above it.

I did refresh several times to make sure I was not looking at a cached image.
