It's a sad day

When one of our Forum members has resigned from this Forum namely Tigerfish, I can understand why, and the sooner the Club realises a lot more will take the same action,I am not going to spell out what is wrong as the Club should know, suffice to say that there are many new members on CT that have only joined to pick a fight on a personal nature, I know as I have had abuse myself..

I joined this Forum in its infancy and many have fallen by the wayside due to Threads being closed by the Cyber Police for ridiculous reasons, in the early days everyone was friendly, but not any more, the Club should take a look before tis Forum goes down the Pan and more members call it a day including myself.

I have been in touch with other members who I have met and they think the same as me, I will give it a little longer to see if things improve and then make a decision, in the meantime Good Luck Tigerfish, I believe  many on here support you,and you will be sadly missed for your excellent Threads and Posts

I'd better sign off now before this Thread is closed, as the Club do not like criticism

Happy Easter

members will always leave , even some who have posted on this thread have thrown their arms in the air and "left" , but they come back ?,, why? , because CT is the best forum around

yes I have had posts moved ,removed and closed and yes it's a bit frustrating ,but it's not the end of the world ,and certainly not worth leaving a forum for .......I'm here to stay Laughing

..Sorry HD, cannot agree with you on that, there are other forumsthat are light years ahead of this one

Admiral

Agreed, Admiral, there are better forums out there.

As one who took an extended break (without throwing my arms in the air) I can categorically state that I now post again not because it is the best forum around but because the behaviour of certain members improved to a degree.

+ 1

Spot on TW, this forum has a long way to go to be the best around but in its favour it has some good tolerant members.Smile

I think this is an excellent forum , its a shame when good members leave i dont "know" tf , but what makes a good forum is posts of different viewpoints , the moderators have a job to do (can you just imagine the effin&jeffin) without them lol , come back tf this is a forum in cyberland not your local pub snug , so you dont take anything personal cheers mrs bc:)

No, because we (the members) own the Club......although some of the Club employees seem to forget that.

assuming that is all true, does that give anyone the right to ignore any rules set by the club, does that give anyone the right to decide which rules to follow, which to break?

I believe TF was a police officer (?) I am sure he would have reacted quite appropriately to being told  you can't tell me to slow down - I pay your wages

HD, it didn't seem long ago that you & a few others were singing the praises of 'MH fun' I think it was, is CT better than that?. You did seem quite taken with the other forum.
