I now no longer seem to be getting E-mails informing me of latest the posts that are being made on discussions that I ticked to follow.

Is anyone else having this problem?

When you have an alert on your phone (I assume?) do you immediately open CT on your phone to see what has been said or do you wait until you have access to your computer?

As to asking why it has taken so long that has already been answered by the Media Department. They are concentrating their efforts of the new software, which from the sound of it is bigger than just CT. Solving existing problems has to be done when they have an opportunity within their current upgrade work and it is clear to me where the priority rests. Whether we like it or not it seems that sorting out minor problems on the current forum comes off second best to the work on the new platform or at least that is my interuptation of what has been said. If they have a moment they will try and fix as they have done in this case.

Maybe not immediately but as I said in my post the alert gives me the chance to read something when I am not in front of the computer.

From the replies on here it is now apparent it hasn't been fixed. For instance I wasn't alerted to your reply just now.

If the facility doesn't work then shut it down until it does.
