I now no longer seem to be getting E-mails informing me of latest the posts that are being made on discussions that I ticked to follow.

Is anyone else having this problem?

4 days later and still not working

Would someone from HQ please come on here and say the system is scrap instead of just ignoring the post. It's so rude

I think the IT department are concentrating on getting the new forum software to a point where it can be introduced. I suppose we have to ask ourselves whether we want them to focus on that or alternatively spend time trying to fix things that can be achieved by other means?

Sorry David I can't accept that. Look at the post from Rochelle below

"Rest assured you’re not being ignored! Our IT team are working to resolve the problem; I have asked for an update and should come back to you shortly".

That warrants a reply because it was written three weeks ago

There wasn't a problem then there was. Something caused it and that should be explained

The point I am trying to make is what would you prefer? Personally I think it a complete waste of time unless it means the problem would carry over to the new forum. If it doesn't carry over put up with the mild inconvenience for a while.

The trouble is, based on past performance, there is little confidence that anything will improve.

I have enailed Rochelle and also put the question on the CC Facebook page.  Both times I received the response that it had been referred to the IT team.  This was 2 weeks ago and I have heard nothing since.  I do at least think they could give us some sort of information as to whether this is going to be sorted out or not.

We are not important enough to warrant an answer miliehull, lets face it, some of the posters on here are the original start up members of CT. Perhaps we will get an  answer when the original CM returns.....YellCool
