So sorry to hear your news husky. I do hope you get some new buyers soon. As others have said 3rd time lucky hopefully.

I love your photo OP. It captures the rough sea perfectly.

Lovely sunny day here but very windy. Luckily the wind seems to be dropping now. It is a day of watching rugby for OH.

had a phone call from our potential buyers that they have deiced to pull outyell, they said that retail is too much of a risk at the moment .

So, back to the drawing board and try and find another buyer

If they are risk averse perhaps it's not a good idea they buy a shop!  They seem to have taken a long time to reach that conclusion. I assume a buyer can check out the turnover/profit ratio so can enter into a deal with an open mind?

Had a lovely couple of hours here at home in garden. Lots of snowdrops and crocus out, hellebores doing well and some other rather foolish little gems poking their heads through. We are having a bit of a revamp this year, trying to make a few areas less labour intensive. Absolutely full of birds as well. Raises the spirits enormously😁

We are now back at the caravan after a good day out at the caravan show. For the first time ever we have went to a show and never even picked up a brochure. We had a look at some caravans but never saw anything we would swap ours for. The last show we were at in 2017 at the NEC we bought a new caravan so it was nice just to walk around today and relax. We did buy a couple if pies from the farmers market section which we have just had for dinner they were lovely. The site is quite busy tonight, wind has dropped a bit now so hoping it stays like that. Not doing much tonight just stay in the van SWMBO wants to watch the voice.

To say it was a bit windy last night would be a bit of an understatement. Just glad we are still in situ. Think Mrs WN and I got at most 2 hours sleep. NTH and OH the same by the sound of it. CL has lovely views but is a bit exposed.

Not a great deal done this morning but we joined Nellie and his good wife and Flyte for a clear the sinuses walk this afternoon. We walked up to a beautiful little church in the hamlet of Stainburn about 2 miles from site. Lots of Snowdrops in grass verges and Red Kites in the air. Wind has died down to acceptable levels.

Sorry to hear of HD's news. Persevere HD.

Good to see Bakers back to her normal talkative self.winksmile

They had never had a business before and it seems their friends had suggested that going from a well paid job to working for yourself was too big a step

generally a buyer likes to see the last 3 years financial paperwork to see if it's a workable choice
