Well back from the pub after several scoops. Only other thing done today is booked CL for next weeks trip Happy

Singapore Noodles tonight. Just waiting to get the pork out of the oven to rest before slicing it ready for the stir fry. Noodles cooked and veg all chopped. Nice smells coming from the kitchen, to where I shall now retire.
