Lovely sunny day here so we are going to a relatives house for a BBQ. We were at the Rod Stewart concert in Kilmarnock last night it was great what a showman and he still has a great voice can't beleive he is 71 years old.

Fine  goods  in  'elderly  packaging'  Francis  Laughing  If  they  have  lasted  all  these  years  they  must  have  something  going  for  them  !!  It's  like  the  old  comedians  in  the  theatres  --  if  you  could  last  three  matinees  at  the  Glasgow  Empire  your  reputation  was  made  for  life  !  If  you  were  bad  at  least  you  got  a  weeks  supply  of  fruit  &  veg !

Write your comments here...I agree . Still a great entertainer and looks the part.. Great Singers can still entertain even in old age.

Compare that to the rather rotund Elton John. . Can still play the piano But he is a has been as far as his vocals are concerned.

Do you mean SIR Rod, Francis?  Laughing  I love him, but isn't he lucky that he still has his 'trademark' hair?

Busy day yesterday - picked up our new caravan. Continued to fill it with our stuff today and wound the Thule awning out for the first time.
