A red hot day in Brighton......too hot at times!
We walked into Brighton and watched some of the live entertainment in the bars on the sea front.
Had a wander into town and finally, overcome by heat, walked back to the caravan and sat in the shade.
Moving on to Kent tomorrow.

Where are you thinking of visiting Ian?, it's warm in Kent too
Well, your shop, obviously
But we like Canterbury and will also spend a day doing some of the coastal towns, including Whitstable.
...If you do Canterbury use the bus (if nearby stop) or park&ride, Margate a bit "iffy" ,Whistable is okish some quirky shops

Thankfully, a much better day today ( thanks CY for the boot up the proverbial! Got that weather sorted now!)
But, boy am I in trouble with Mrs M. Suggested what looked like a nice walk ( book suggested 3 hours) but due to a slight cock up on the navigation front it turned into 5 hours, much of which was presumably like it must have been for the GIs trudging through the Mekong delta back in time! Anyway, eventually found our way down the hill, much lifting of dogs over stiles, and down to near Dulas beach - close enough for me to suggest we were exactly in the right place! Didn't go down awfully well.
Fortunately, now back on site, showered and bottle of sparkly stuff open to go with supper. I think I'm kind of forgiven, but haven't had the nerve to say what the plan for tomorrow is yet!
We have done a few walks like that too, . If tou get chance Moulesy visit "The Dingle" nature reserve, at Llangefni nice walks and you may be lucky and see the red squirrels. Car park and entrance is almost opposite Asda.
Sounds good, Helen, & just down the road from us. But do they allow dogs on the walks?
Yes, may have to keep them on leads though.
