It's good to hear that members of CT are receiving their vaccinations, good luck to all those yet to have theirs. It seems like a long haul till we get everyone sorted and hear the results of the present vaccines.

I'm leaving this open for non political comments as per the guidelines. Hope you can add your own experiences and thoughts.

My first jab comes up tomorrow, I'm so glad we have research institutions that have got us this far! And I am planning breaks away in the hope of improvements on the horizon.

On Euronews a couple of days ago they were interviewing a French nurse who said all the hospital's intensive care beds were filled by unvaccinated people and psychologically it was difficult to treat them.

I took that to mean she would rather be treating those who had more responsibility.

Not quite sure why they chose MK? Perhaps it was because the PM was visiting a vaccination centre at the Open University and that was probably where all the police were?  I saw it on the local news and what concerned me was there seemed to be little in the way of police there. It is beyond logic to attack a testing centre. They also interrupted a performance of the Panto at MK Theatre. My son's partner works in a Test Centre (not in MK) and I think had it happened when she was at work she would have been very frightened.
