No one expects their addresses just their given names in the case of formal complaints. If you can’t be known as who you are then you can basically snap & snarl thru life🤷🏻‍♂️

It’s not a formal complaint though, it’s a one sided trial by social media. As DK says it would be nice to know the other side of the story.

On here it's also against CT T&Cs, the post is recent and names the site, the staff need protection in this case.

The club protects its staff on here and FB but cannot control what happens outside of its own sphere of operation. In the same way as Tesco cannot protect checkout assistants being named and complained about on, say, Mumsnet. To make staff totally anonymous is an unfriendly and unwise thing to do.

They and or CC Ltd can respond if they wish. But I expect CC Ltd will just resort to censorship where it can.

With some thing as obnoxious as what was posted as with all that type of complaint would expect all companies to treat it with what it is and ignore it ,as can be seen by other posters
