Paying for a booking

I think the Club’s Site payment system works well on the whole, saves the hassle of refunding cancellations. Affiliated Sites do their own thing, private sites and CLs do their own thing.

We’ve paid everything up front on occasion when staying a month at a time on the odd CL, but only because it suited us. It’s common practice with most holiday cottage lets, but again not an issue as most have a clear statement around cancellations or no shows.

Personally, as stated on page one of thread, system for Club Site probably suits most regular users very very well, so why change it unnecessarily?😀

<smug git mode> Makes me glad I'm only fifteen minutes from the ferry. I don't have to bother with this stuff. </smug git mode> wink
