New Site Booking System

When you checked and saved the unchanged list, did you get an email saying you had updated your preferences?  I just checked mine and didn’t make any changes but received an email. If you are not getting the update email, it may well have gone to spam with the rest of the newsletters etc.

Mine came straight through Steve, checking that I was the bona fide recipient. But I've never received anything since opting back in.

Yes SteveL, I did get a confirmation email thanking me for updating my preferences because I selected ‘SAVE’, however, as I didn’t change any of my preferences and my boxes were clear to receive emails since day one, WHY DID I NOT GET THIS IMPORTANT NEWS LETTER?

The last email I received from the Club was on 15th Jan - entitled Your January Offers are Here

Not much point shouting at me, I was just checking you had received it, as you mentioned you hadn’t received one in 10 years, I believe.  Personally I would contact the club and ask them.

Well ... today I was invited by the Club to participate in a 'chat'. Unfortunately the link didn't work but has now been rectified. The survey gives the opportunity to give your views... so I encourage all to do so. The end the survey requires your membership number so have it to hand. 

I've checked our profile all boxes unticked but we don't get these emails either. I've gone through the process again and saved so will wait and see what happens. 

Sorry SteveL, not shouting at you but trying to press my point to management that their email system is broken and need’s rectifying. 
Should I expect an apology from the club for failing to notify me of new rulings prior to them auto renewing my membership today?

I have flagged the email situation up to Rowena so hopefully she will be able to throw some light on it.
