Posted on 18/11/2019 14:43 by"With touring caravans, it's difficult to be very prescriptive about where they're going to be kept," Ed continues, "But certainly if it's a location where there's a history of flooding, you should check your policy documents carefully to ascertain if your caravan is still covered."
Presumably because this unknown company profess to give great cover

well there you go again making stupid statements, this particular company is of renowed reputation, and probably been in the insurance business for longer than you have been in the club x 2. No i will not give you the name for fear i will start another argument re being biased even though i do not use them. but you can find them on the web,

I'm getting dizzy!
My question to everyone is simple - " Do you think the Caravan Cover now offered (before the recent flooding limitations) is every bit as good as the CAMC Caravan Insurance previously offered to you as a customer - I am not asking is it more beneficial to the Club.

Posted on 18/11/2019 14:50 by obbernockleFor what its worth, my existing Club policy is to be renewed in the coming week or so. Having spent well over an hour on the phone to the club and Devitts this morning I can honestly say the status of my existing policy and anything I may get in two weeks is now a mystery.
I am sceptical about the present debacle.
I do not understand why the club has all but dumped the caravan insurance customers, but retained Motorhome, Camprevan, car etc Insurance customers. I know what my "gut feeling" is telling me.

Posted on 18/11/2019 15:11 byWere you being deliberately selective as I also added 'And yes I am guilty of minor retaliation. Human nature perhaps'
Posted on 18/11/2019 15:30
except that your minor retaliation post was over three and a half hours this morning before Rocky's post which was based on your post to JVB this afternoon where you once again 'played the man'.
Rocky was not being deliberately selective as your post to JVB at 14.37:
So rather than clarify you decide to post a daft message. I said earlier that comment was free. In your case that is just as well because as cheap as that comment is (even with the value added emoticons) it is worthless to me. Perhaps somebody else appreciates cheap
had no mention of And yes I am guilty of minor retaliation. Human nature perhaps. This post was earlier this morning
You appear to be mixing your own posts up.

Corners I give up. I have said all that I wish to say, and there is no further value to me in this thread, have a good day. Done shopping, been and helped neighbour so off now to take the rubbish out which I assure you is less toxic than this thread has become
