Reliability survey where is it?

The problem with the Mag is - it creates another empire at HO with an overpaid "Director" and support staff. The cost however is probably covered by adverts but nevertheless its the "empire" that counts at HO not what members want

Does my memory fail me or was there not a prize to be awarded to some hapless individual chosen at random from those completing the survey/  If so, own up!  Who got it?

Maybe we'll get it when the new version of CT comes out!

Do many people actually read CT? Im being serious, mine gets shoved threw the postbox I remove the plastic bag and stick it straight into the recycle bin.

The CC should look at offering discount membership if you dont want the mag just like CCC do.

I think you are getting things mixed up there, Stewart. CT refers to this forum, not the club magazine. We've been promised an upgrade to it since "The wee man left Paisley" if not before and we're still waiting.

I am sure that they are too busy with this years survey to publish last years.

it's working for the Camping and Caravan Club they have been offering a magazine posted membership or a discounted electronic membership for 2 seasons now.

Write your comments here...We are also members of the C&CC. They have been successful for a couple of years at offering two levels of membership fee. A more expensive one for paper transactions including a printed on paper magazine .----- and a modern 21st century digital membership at a more reasonable price. 

Perhaps the difference between the CC and the C&CC is down to the average age of the membership of each organisation.

Just read the last page of this thread thinking it was to do with the reliability survey, but no, apparently it is about the club magazine and whether we should get a discount for not having a paper version!

Does anyone really think we are going to learn something new from the survey?...Im not a betting man but i bet Bailey Swift Eldiss will be the top three most troublesome vans.....only to be expected as they are the volume sellers. Its a dealer survey we need to let us know how they perform when problems occur.
