People's general complaints

I've just read a lengthy complaint about someone moaning about dogs and their owners. As a dog owner I do sympathise but at the same time I have found people with and without children, young and old to be equally as obnoxious. I go away for a quiet break in quiet surroundings, I don't expect children and adults (in particular) to walk across my pitch, be very loud, shout and be downright  rude. Maybe everyone ought to stop watching, learning and behaving as if they are part of EastEnders and a Jeremy Kyle show.

I have just read a bit more about the site. Had no idea Club ran such a place. I need to go and have a quiet lie down to get my head sorted. surprised

Oh dear, another post removed.  Can't really see what was wrong with what I wrote ?

Not as though I made it up, it was on the National news this morning.

Just a thought, it would be nice to have a little explanation comment put in its place as to why from whoever to understand what was wrong about it?

Having seen your reference to French Fishermen in the news it does seem a needless removal Milo

Hi everyone,

A polite reminder to keep this discussion politics free as we don't encourage political conversation on Club Together - it's descended into mayhem and insults in the past! Many thanks for your understanding.

FYI Milo, having looked at your post I can advise it was removed because of the last political comment, not because of other any other reason. Sorry for the confusion and hope this helps explain.

jennylinda, I'm sorry that you have had concerns on site about the actions of others. Please feel free to speak with the site staff who will always do their best to assist.

such a place?.....it's a caravan site with a pool, bar and restaurant.....

we went there for ten days in July, quiet as anything, plenty of walks, cycling etc....lovely area.

ok, the oiks were obviously out during the school holidays and if it makes this much difference then a period of security patrols might do the trick....

such a place.....don't you mean such members?

the place is fine...

i must say this struck me as one of most snobbish posts I've ever read..

Don't you think TtDA was being ironic with that comment, BB, much the same as I would hope you were with your use of the expression "the oiks"! smile
