As all sites and CC approved sites have been suspended for 3 months (30th June) are we to expect the CMHC to suspend all memberships for 3 months.? My membership is due in July so I'm a bit loathed to not be able to use it and go anywhere only to be hit with a renewal as the suspension is lifted.

you haven't come back with any rational discussion to my points about you caring so much about getting a three month deferment and lost income for the club, you've done it again PD

I don't need to, I've made my point and as usual you don't believe it.

But the club seem to want it all one way ,with wanting the members to keep paying but at this moment in time not offering anything in return , such as an extension on membership , even when I had my shop sometimes I put customers before profits

Anything in return again what about all the bills (as above) that the club is incurring on your behalf at the present time? As bad as you think this website is you are still using it to post on CT and perhaps booking sites for next year?

Shall I say the same about your replies to me? just no need really. And you have done it again (have a go at me rather than discuss)  that's three in one thread.

I'll end it here if you have no wish to discuss matters rationallyundecided

They do? I have had LVs since about 1965 I joined the cc in 1969 when when my then FIL lent the money for the first old caravan and sponsored us into the cc ,after my daughter was born ,as he was not having his Grand Daughter,in a trailer tent,

We have used many sites since then,   both "over there" , and mostly in England and Wales when here, as we have got older we no longer take LVs overseas (except IOW to see my brother and family) and have lately used cc sites (over 200 nights last year)we with many other members ,now do not need the "lottery" of private sites or cls

So we have not even considered not staying with the CAMC

"The Club" is actually us. It is not an entity in itself and has no shareholders. It is within the grasp of each and every member (us) to instigate change if we can be bothered to get out of our chairs and do something about it. Most of us don’t feel strongly enough to stir ourselves to get involved but the option is there if you don’t like what you see.

Has there been any comunication from the club to (other than DG email) to advise that nothing will happen for the members? most have "offered?" a 3month extension,,until sites fully open as some expect? which i think is a bit optimistic, undecided
