As all sites and CC approved sites have been suspended for 3 months (30th June) are we to expect the CMHC to suspend all memberships for 3 months.? My membership is due in July so I'm a bit loathed to not be able to use it and go anywhere only to be hit with a renewal as the suspension is lifted.

The membership fee does not normally just give you access to the CL network and a £12 discount on clubsites which like most leisure in the UK has had to close,,of course if you are not working ,  ,and also not been furloughed, then the membership fee may be needed elsewhere

You say normally, but cash is king.

and a £12 discount on clubsites

but in practice next to no one pays that ... it just encourages you to sign up

Those who are wavering about membership fees ,in this almost worldwide crisis, will not get it if leaving , and still wanting to use siteswink

That's utter tosh. If they leave it will partly be because they no longer want to use the CC's sites.

I like the way the other club have handled things in this difficult standstill, I don't really like the plea from our club. I would have preferred a goodwill gesture but will retain my membership at the moment.

If anybody leaves the membership it will be because renewal date has arrived for them and they decide to hold off renewal.
