Part of an Easter getaway, specifically wanting to visit Barcelona. Very easy to access, just off the main route to Barcelona. Friendly reception staff speaking very good English, one staff member was actually English. Escorted to our pitch and was immediately given a larger one. We have a 7m Sprinter and many pitches would have been too small. Our pitch was perfectly flat, no ramps needed. Electrical connection is standard 13A European, NOT 16A 3 pin round, but we carry an adaptor. Many have said it, the site is huge. Didn't see any of the holiday homes occupied near us, which made it very quiet. There were quite a few school groups on site but didn't experience any noise. Can imagine in high season the place must be heaving. At the weekend, loads of city folk descended on the site, apparently a lot of them have a pitch for 3 months early season and spend weekends there, who wouldn't. The restaurant was pleasant, serving good value food. The site shop was surprisingly large and very well stocked. The outdoor pool with slides was open but the water is not heated, looked lovely but too cold for us. Didn't look at the wellness area. Large clay outdoor sports pitches next to the main pool, ideal for sporty families. Tennis courts up by the main entrance. Modern laundry facilities. The elsen point is in a locked cupboard, you have to go to reception for a key and leave your identity card, do your emptying and go back to reception, quite a trek up/down and again. The bus to Barcelona was excellent, about an hour each way and numerous departure times, cash only and it only runs Monday to Friday. Overall, a very pleasant place to stay and a great location for visiting nearby. The town market on Saturday was full of local produce and very good value, bought great ingredients for a BBQ.
