Having just spent a very wet few days here and being parked just opposite reception we were able to observe the excellent booking in system at work. Until the one o'clock rush has finished a warden stands out in the rain so you don't even have to get out of your car and he takes your membership card and tell you to go and get pitched up and return to reception to complete the booking in later. This means the queue is very speedily dealt with and you can pitch and have a cup of tea before going to reception in your own time. I found the insistance on face masks and only one at a time in reception very reassuring. In all other aspects I agree with previous reviewers that this is a lovely site in a beautiful area and look forward to going back to see all that we missed owing to the weather this time.
