ALL BEEN SAID BEFORE

What a super site this is, can't fault it. Super wardens, clean and tidy. Stunning scenery great walks, just loved it. We had one bad night with the strong winds, where we didn't sleep much due to the noise, so glad we didn't bother with the awning , I believe a few were damaged. Mind you we were in the tent field which is pretty exposed. Fish and chip van great, but unless you have a big appetite share your chips! Just one thing, I don't know why folk excersise their dogs on the tent field, let them foul, all beit picked up, where campers pitch their tents, especially when there is a dog walk and the coastal path! Will return to this great site.

STUNNING

This was our first time at this site and we enjoyed every minute of it . The views are stunning and the coastal walks are fabulous. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We would recommend this site to everyone. We walked to Boscastle and Tintagel Castle from the site. We visited Port Isaac and Daymer Bay and Padstow 😊. We will be booking up again for next year 😊.

GORGEOUS

Having visited here on many occasions, this site never fails to take our breath away! We were here last week when the weather was awful - rain, cold wind and even fog!! Nevertheless, the beauty of the location and the stunning views and sunsets are to die for. This has to be one of the most picturesque sites on the network. Great wardens, who were very accepting when we turned up a little early, lovely hot showers in the modern toilet block, a nice little shop selling essentials, wonderful walks along the coastal path and even a bus to either Tintagel or in the opposite direction to Boscastle right outside the site entrance. Just perfect for motorhomers if you don't want to move your vehicle through the narrow roads. Fish and chip wagon calls twice a week (excellent) and Cornish pasties (delicious) orderable from the office. It was very peaceful and relaxed (second week in May), I have only given two stars for "good for families" as although there is a small play area, there isn't much to entertain children unless they like hiking on the coastal path. A perfect site in a perfect place - what more could you want?

A Short Welcoming Break

We had a lovely 5 night stay here and as we have a small outfit, we were able to get onto a small hardstanding pitch with a wonderful view too! Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Plenty of places to visit locally by car or if you're adventurous, you can walk to the Rocky Valley! Bring your walking boots! Very pleased with this site. We hope to stay here again at some point in the future. We were able to see a part of Cornwall that we hadn't seen before. Thank you. :)

Stunning Sunsets

We stayed at Trewethett Farm for the first time last weekend (22nd to 24th April) and have already booked to go back at Whitsun! Superb location; great sea views; awesome sunsets; lovely coastal walks to interesting and historic villages (Boscastle and Tintagel). We didn't make it to St Nectan's Glen on this occasion but will definitely go there when we return at Whitsun. We did, however, find the old water mill and bronze age carvings in Rocky Valley. The fish & chip van on Sunday was a bonus as it saved me having to cook! Friendly staff and immaculate site and facilities. We totally "chilled out" and enjoyed our stay. (My only concern re 'good for families' are the nearby cliffs)

Beautiful

A really great, well run site with one of the finest views in England. The wardens were very friendly both on the phone and in person. They can sometimes be a little 'cool' but the people here were not - they were lovely. The site felt more relaxed than most, which is nice with a very young family, and we weren't hassled and harried with every detail of every rule. One important comment is that if there is any negative feedback left by the member before me (large Pilote van) then please do ignore it - he was utterly objectionable. Very rude to the staff, evasive, unpleasant and frankly a grotty human being. I thought the lady at the desk handled him well. I sincerely wish that I had not been meeting family on the site, or I would have made absolutely sure I ran down to nab the pitch he was adamant he was having, but refused to place his 'marker'. Horrid. I know the lady serving was concerned about potential negative feedback, but people like this will be negative wherever they go.......thank you for a lovely stay, and sorry to anyone who didn't want to be up quite as early as my 4, 2 and 4 month olds!

Absolute Gem of a site

Arrived early (just after 1200) and was able to get one of the last pitches on the front row of a terrace - spectacular views and sunsets. It does get windy, but it is Cornwall and you are right on the coast, so we pegged the awning accordingly but took it down after a couple of particularly blowy nights just for peace of mind. The facilities were spotless and warm (always important for a chilly spring morning or evening) and the wardens were cheery, friendly and helpful. The dog walk was a nice area, but we mainly took them along the Coast path which is literally on the site's doorstep which they loved - one morning's just walk the dogs turned into over an hour enjoying the path and the views, certainly built up an appetite for breakfast. We spent every day doing something local, it was Easter weekend, both Tintagel and Boscastle are lovely to visit and have some nice dog friendly eateries, Bude was only a short drive away for a stroll on a bigger beach than the nearby cove. We'll definitely be back as there's so much more to see and do without travelling too far, we highly recommend the walk to the waterfalls at St Nectan's Glen (we went the slightly longer way incorporating Rocky Valley (and its carvings) and made a nice afternoon of it).

Fantastic views

Great site - probably the best view we have had on any site over the 3 years we have been members; looks out directly onto the sea. Very friendly and helpful staff (as always). Site can be a bit windy, as it's right on the coast; not a problem as they warned us and we staked out the awning well. Clean and well kept facilities. Vans visit each week for pizza and fish and chips take-away nights Thank you to the warden and their team.

Trewethett Farm Caravan Club is a must for those seeking coastal walks and awesome views

What can I say about this place. This is the second time I have stayed here and it doesn't stop at all in making you smile. After being a nuisance on the road for hours, driving down the final hill to the site, it takes your breath away with the spectaculars views. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful and assist in what ever you need. The site is extremely clean and facilities are spot less. What is also a good thing is the site has a Pizza van and Fish and Chips van turn up, they are good, trust me :) good price and extremely yummy. The reason I go here is for the coastal path and peace. The views are spectacular and the paths to Tintagel and Boscastle are perfect, great walks for those that wish to do the extra in the day. If this is not your thing then there is a taxi or bus service, all dog friendly, For more information just ask in the shop (which supplies your basics). WiFi and TV reception is great too....... Fantastic stay and will be visiting again in the future - Love it and its my number 1 spot. Cheers guys.... and jealous of you location ......Can I stay for ever......

Amazing

The best place I've ever been! The most beautiful setting and coastal trails! We couldn't have found a more gorgeous place! Be sure to hike the coastal trails, Rock Valley and visit St. Nectan's Glenn! Great waterfalls!
