A Great Site.
We visited the site for the Easter bank holiday 2018. last time we came was 2014.
Despite the weather what a good site this is... on arrival we were met by the wardens who was most helpful and friendly, that on its own makes a difference.
The site itself is open, well maintained with a central toilet block and facilities, yes some look a bit tired now, but overall its ok, the toilets and showers were always clean and fresh.
Another great addition was the Chip van coming on site, which we enjoyed.
Sutton on sea is not overloaded with loads of shops, but enough for supplies. we rode our bikes along the sea front to Mablethorpe, in addition we walked along the sea front and beach,
Another addition is the Bacchus Hotel in Sutton, they serve excellent food and drinks at reasonable prices. The chip shop to use is I think they called it Waldorfs or something, is first class.
So overall a great site, and location. See you May bank holiday.
