Seaside Haven

As you would expect from a newish site the facilities are good and very well kept. The wardens were pleasant and helpful. Stonehaven has enough to keep you busy but Aberdeen is only 15-20 minutes away and Banchory is a pleasant distraction as well. Don't miss out on the chip shop or the Ice Cream shop just Yards from the site entrance.

Brilliant

Lovely site with plenty to do nearby. Site wardens very helpful as my water connection was too short and they went and got me their own water hose to connect to my existing one. Got one the next day and returned theirs. Site is spotless with well kept grass, and pitches all very well looked after. Toilet block is the cleanest I've been in at CC sites. Spectacular site in a beautiful location with open air swimming pool next door. Only 15 minutes to Aberdeen by car or train for the women shopping. Bus stop is 2 minute walk with regular service to most places. Fish and chip shop is just 5 minutes from the site. Thanks to Maggie and Richard for the friendly welcome and service and for sure we'll be back.

One of the Best

This site is one of the best I have been to. Located right on the beach excellent for walking the dog along the promenade right through to the harbour. The Bay fish and chip shop and ice cream parlour next door is a must despite the 30 minute queues. Town centre only five minutes walk away. Did not manage a visit to Dunnotter Castle as it was raining at the time. Excellent site Maggie and Richard do a sterling job. I'm booked in again in July hopefully for the Highland Games, highly recomended. Peace and quiet would have had five stars but the sheep on the farm nearby kept the wife awake at night only a minor irritation did not bother me.

Excellent Site

We have just returned from a superb few days on this first class site.  Everything perfect on site and so close to the shops and view over the sea.  We would thoroughly recommend this site and we will be back just a soon as we can manage.

First visit

This was our first trip as caravan owners and am very glad we booked here. The sites facilities were excellent and well maintained.  Ideally located and a very quiet and secure site meant my two young children could play out on their bikes with no problems.  We found a great site with this one and will be returning soon.

OUTSTANDING

This is one of the finest sites we have ever been on, it has everything, even the weather can not dampen the holiday, PARDEN THE PUN. The wardens cannot do enough t help you, my wife is disabled and the facilities are first class, the Wardens Maggie and Richard and the best we have found on any site in the UK. The site and facilities are spotless, the grounds well maintained no put his cramped and the walks and views are wonderful.  We will be back as often as we can, our only regret is we had to leave after six nights, two weeks wouldn't have been enough.  I hope to see the Wardens next year when we return.

Seaside Haven

Really tidy and well kept site. The facilities were excellent and staff very helpful. We had an ideal pitch from where we could see the sea. Lovely nearby park for the children and great walks for adults along the beach front and on to Dunnottar Castle for the more adventurous. Great chip shop and ice cream palour on the front 500 yards from park, and super restaurants down by the old harbour. Stonehaven is well worth a visit.
