Great site
Agree with other comments already posted. great site, very clean and handy location for many attractions locally. Information on site very good as well with helpful wardens. I also had not spotted that arrival time at the site had changed and found this slightly annoying. I think the access is really good and cannot understand why the 1 hour buffer is required. As I travel to locations regularly I tend not to check for changes and assume previous rules apply, will have to be more careful, but I have to say outside of obvious busy times in the summer............
Peaceful site
We had a lovely few days on this site. The wardens were very helpful with local information and they kept the facilities spotless. The area is great for walking and cycling with many trails around the site. Portsmouth is a short drive away with a great park and ride to the many amenities in he town. We will revisit this site for longer in the future.

Great Site!
A brilliant site with a fabulous playground for children: lots to do in the area, but a car is needed to visit many of the attractions.Facilities are very clean and there are plenty of service points around the site.

Great Site
Fabulous site, peace and quiet and very spacious.
Perfect location for all areas around site.
Slight issue with Warden on arrival, arrived @ 12:50pm and was greeted with a stern reminder that I should not be booking in before 1pm!! Not a cheery hello, how are you, did you have a good journey!! Slapped wrists all round.
Also why do they insist on emptying bottle bins @ 8.30am?
Just a couple of small issues but worth noting.
Peaceful
Very peaceful site. Based the the woods away from everything. No nearby facilities although the site office sells essentials that you may run out of. Very clean and tidy everywhere. Wardens very friendly and helpful. Allowed us to use their phone to get the AA as we got a puncture. Be warned very little phone signal here (EE). Great base for the south coast Portsmouth, Southampton etc. We went to Hayling Island. There is a stoney beach but lots to do Beachlands park. Main thing is lots of room to park a motorhome and right on the beach for a small charge. Lovely to watch all the activity on the water. Had a great stay.
Easter break.
We stayed here over Easter and had a wonderful time.
Lovely site, lovely and clean, toilets and showers spotless.
Very nice staff, very helpful and polite.
Would certainly return for another peaceful holiday.

Great site. Stayed over Easter
A Great site although large pitches are well spread out and is generally very quiet. The staff are very helpful . Everywhere is very clean and tidy and not a lot of oppressive rules.
Only downside was that on caravan sites people tend to relax and not arise very early in general.
On this site every day at 8.45 am the tractor came round to empty the dustbins with lots of banging and cleaning of lids.

Stayed at this site for the second time over the easter weekend. facilities were excellent and the site although large is very spacious with lots of unused grass areas. of particular benefit to motorhome owners is the grey waste disposal facility which consists of a grille in the road as opposed to a manhole. this should be adopted at all sites. we will return again to this site
