We visited Morvich in July 2022. It's a stunning peaceful location with lots of lovely walks. The site is immaculately kept and the wardens are very friendly and helpful. They went over and above, enabling us to still go on our trip on the Waverley paddle steamer from Kyle of Lochalsh, which was booked as a birthday treat. Our previous dog care arrangements had fallen through and they kindly looked after our two miniature schnauzers, so we did not miss our trip. We had a great time and so did the dogs. Many thanks to the wardens.
Loved everything about this site.
We had a week at the Morvich site (mid-May) which is in a superb location giving access to Skye and other Highlands places of interest.
A nice warm welcome on an extremely wet afternoon.
We don't tend to use most of the site facilities but the showers were very clean and warm when the weather outside was cold, wet and windy.
I will definitely be returning here.
Could be a little better 🙂
We stayed here in May 2022. We liked the area but we were thankful we had a car to get around... there's only so much walking you can do in a day. Easy access to the site and speedy book in, good information given re where to pitch to suit our needs by male warden. Toilets and showers were clean but lots of hair on shower floor on several occasions, fair amount of pegs for clothes etc. Good laundry room, dryer was next to useless after previous clubsite. We didn't find the female warden very welcoming, maybe it was us but she was quite abrupt on more than one occasion, but I guess you can't like everyone.
Welcomed like old friends
We were welcomed like long lost friends, despite the lovely guy on Reception having had a very long day on the busy Jubilee bank holiday. The friendliness and enthusiasm of the team made a fantastic stay even better. The spectacular grandeur and beauty of the location need no embellishment but the site is so thoughtfully laid out, kept so perfectly neat and clean and so full of fun and helpful touches almost everywhere you look, that it really manages to add to a place that you'd think could not be improved upon.
Stunning location
The site and its picturesque setting are both truly magical. Surrounded by towering mountains in a quiet semi-isolated position it was ideal for a relaxing stay. The site is attractively and simply laid out and really well maintained by the friendly wardens.
Its location relatively near to the elegant Skye Bridge and with jaw droppingly beautiful scenery on the Isle of Skye beyond.
It was all we could ask for.............as I said, truly magical!
Lovely site
We stayed here for the first time. It is set in a stunning location surrounded by mountains. It was peaceful and scenic and easy access. The staff very friendly. We will definitely be returning

Beautiful but remote
The site itself is beautiful with a river alongside it and mountains in the background everywhere is kept very tidy and it is a nice site to walk around however it is a long way from anywhere, in particular the nearest Co-op seem to be in Kyle of Lochalsh which was a good 25 minute drive away. Great if you want to get away from it all. We visited Skye 2 days in a row as it seemed to get better weather!
Incredible location and beautiful site
Even by the standards of the Highlands this site is in a stunning location. Surrounded by mountains but amazingly the site is lovely and flat. Most importantly, wardens Judith and Simon keep the site and toilet facilities immaculate with help from their assistants Sarah and Keith. We’ve had a warm welcome whenever we’ve stayed here. If you’re looking for the perfect base to explore the Highlands then you can’t do better.
During this visit we’ve just enjoyed a wonderful Jubilee party… with Prosecco! Thank you again to the wonderful wardens here who are an absolute credit to the club.
A very warm welcome
Keith and Sarah Jones two young wardens so enthusiastic and welcoming, made us feel so at home from the moment we arrived ..Thank you so much

Stunning
Morvich camp site is set in stunning scenery, i found it to be spotlessly clean ( not even a cobweb ) ...... i have traveled extensively in Europe but never found a site as well run and friendly as this.
Infact it was so good i flew my girlfriend from the south of England to Inverness and extended my stay by 10 days, we explored Skye and the surrounding area from the site, Simon and his Wife had good local knowledge which the freely shared.
