Very good location for exploring Minehead town but not to close to be noisy.we walked into the town and few times very easy walking distance.site was very well kept clean and tidy and the wardens were very helpful and friendly.
Lovely Stay
Stayed for just the one night but the site was perfect. Friendly welcome and nice clean site. Peaceful location. Would be suitable for longer stay just so happened that we were only doing one night away in the camper. Definitely would stay again. Sites like this are a credit to the Caravan Club.
One of our favourite sites
Have been here many times but still love it. Has best of both worlds, with sea and shops whilst close to beautiful Exmoor. Enjoy watching the red deer who look down on the site and appear to like watching humans!

Easter Week
The site is fine, the wardens are really friendly and the facilities are really clean. What I find irritating are the endless signs - "steep bank" "don't let your dog foul the site"(on the dog walk!), "don't climb on the wood-pile", etc etc....it's like being back at primary school. Let's have a bit more trust in the members - who seem mostly to be very responsible and have comon sense, and a bit less nanny-state?

March Easter week in Minehead
Great site, easy location to find and get to, close to the town but quiet and rural. Had visits from Wild Deer during the week - a great sight. Loads of things to do on the doorstep Dunster Castle, Exmoor, Lynton & Lynmouth, Porlock, West Somerset Railway, Quantocks - never a dull moment. Site is well maintained, good clean and warm facilities. Decent dog walk too despite it being close to the main road. Loved the site and the area.
Initiation Ritual
New (second hand) caravan. Arrived late but met and guided to our pitch in a helpful manner. Next morning, we settled in. Everything was neat, clean and as it should be. Couldn't fault the site. Wilkl be back - several times.
Wardens are amazing
We were greeted by the relief wardens when we arrived on Saturday 19 March 2016 who were helpful and professional in resolving an administration error we were responsible for before we left the following Monday the regular wardens were back in charge and were extremely helpful and friendly and went out of there way to provide support to resolve an issue we had with the electric supply and also provide a detailed hand drawn map to our next destination of Bude, the map was not only detailed but very accurate Thank you for your kindness and support Suzanne & Ricky
Warm winter welcome!
Our 3rd short visit to this very handy site and although the weather was cold ( but dry and sunny!!) we received a lovely warm welcome from the super wardens Eileen and Peter. They are both so helpful- thank you! They also feed the birds (and squirrels) so although almost in town there is a lot of wildlife about- we even saw three deer about 25m from our camper! Facilities are of the usual high standard and the pitches flat and neatly arranged in small areas. It's an easy stroll down into the town and also to the sea front! There's a Co-op shop within even shorter distance and also a handy van that visits selling the basics - newspapers, milk and bread! All together a super little site! No doubt we'll be back!
An attractive and convenient site
We have just enjoyed our second visit to this pleasant small site, which has easy access to Minehead itself and surrounding areas of interest. It was easy to pitch in a nice sheltered spot and we found the toilet block to be warm and well maintained. Will definitely be back in the future.
Warm & Friendly Wardens
Welcomed on arrival from lovely wardens very helpful. Lovely clean site but a bit cramped for us, didn't realize it would be so busy when we went, nearly every bay taken. Bit tight putting our awning up and parking car next to it, but we managed. Same as others make sure you walk up to see a spot you like very difficult to reverse or turn. Toilet facilities always spotless, given a key to use, don't forget it like I did :)
Great location so close to town 10 min walk.
Despite being a bit cramped and power cuts one night we really enjoyed our stay, but don't think we'd come again. Thank you very much though.
