The Malvern Hills are our favourite place and the site ticks all the boxes for us. We’ve stayed here several times as the location is lovely. The walks from the site are charming, the local pub is fab. The cycling is excellent flat, quiet country lanes or if like a challenge the hills are there. The site is one of the biggest but very spacious, lots of nice grass pitches and does not feel cramped. Having 2 toilet blocks cleaned at completely different times is common sense. Very easy access, nice view of the hills. Very slick check in service, at this time of writing you can still arrive at 12noon unlike most sites which are currently 1pm. If you’ve never been, we highly recommend. One negative for us, as Motorhomers the bus service is not great.
Well spaced and peaceful.
Stayed over the first May bank holiday in May, Covid security was first class, a nice spaced out site with views of the Malvern Hills, I walked the entire length of the hills and then into Great Malvern for a pint, what a way to spend a Saturday morning, I highly recommend, overall I enjoyed my stay and will visit again.

Good site, with stress free access and nice facilties
Visited on BH weekend to visit family in local area. The local roads to access the site are pretty good eliminating the stress of getting there (Longleat being the opposite). The site is huge with a C&C site next door. Generally it's to the usual Club standards but...
There's one frustrating thing to be aware of: the standard pitches are either grass or hard standing but it's pot luck if you find an empty hard standing. For me in poor weather without an awning that's not a great selling point. Also there's not enough blocks for my liking particularly at the moment with social distancing. But the 2 that are there are clean and in good order. The noise level was pretty good at night save for the usual numpties sat in their awnings chatting loudly until the small hours.
We may come again due to location but it wasn't quite blow me.away quality.

Bring your ear muffs
Lovely site, though quite large.
Excellent facilities, absolutely spotless.
Good local pubs.
The serenity of this site was spoiled for me by the constant noise of lawnmowers, droning on, mowing grass that seriously did not need mowing. Each and everyday, I appreciate that this needs to be kept up but that along with the tree cutting meant we left the site during the day to get away from the noise. Peaceful after five pm.

Clean and well organised
This is a lovely site with clean washing facilities and a lovely layout. We visited after very heavy rain so some of the central grass pitches were a bit soggy. One outfit got stuck and the staff were very kind and helped him out and the immediately repaired the grass. It is a good position and lovely walking and cycling is available from the gate.
Thoroughly enjoyable
Although we were heading for the south west and had booked this site for 2 nights as a step on the way, once we got there we never went any further and remained there for 14 nights, constantly increasing our length of stay. The site is extremely tidy and well cared for in all aspects. The toilet block was spotless and warm with plenty of hot water and the service points were well located. The staff were friendly and visible and were seen keeping the site in pristine condition, not easy when the leaves are coming down fast from the lovely trees around! We found plenty of easy walks available from site and explored the local area with the help of a book called 'Walks in the Hanleys' which we bought at the local well stocked village shop. We went further afield and explored nearby towns such as Tewkesbury, Worcester, Great Malvern and Ledbury as well as walking in the hills themselves. We never needed to go far though to see a selection of wonderful large trees which are particularly colourful at this time of year. Everyone we had contact with was very friendly and helpful and it was great to be back in an area of traditional shopping streets with good food available all round.

Quality night sleep
First expressions count , hence the stars , arrived for 2 nights , reception and booking in very good friendly staff easy access to site .Pitch good size parked at top level didn’t need level blocks .Shower block toilets very clean , band system in operation only four in block at time worked very well , dishwasher area very clean , waste and water taps well situated and clear signage .Night time site was well lite up . Nice walks to be had but definitely need a vehicle to venture out further .Great tv signal for us , WiFi I used my own from phone as am too tight to pay for WiFi mind you only 3.50 a day ,This is a well maintained site well done the staff keep up good work .
Another very large Club site - typical Club quality
We visited Malvern Hills Club site in mid October 2020, having booked for 6 nights.
We arrived mid-week and there was a good choice of hard standings (grass pitches were no longer being used). We chose to stay in the higher area overlooking the lower part of the site. This had the advantage of being in good range of the WiFi which we frequently use for restaurant reservations and to plan days out and to make bookings for visits to gardens and properties. The Club website warns that there are issues currently with WiFi but it was generally Ok during our eventual 16 night stay stay - although very slow and difficult to access early/mid morning (when we were looking up places to visit that day) and again mid evening when we wanted to upload photos and email family (presumably when many other people also wanted access). The WiFi here obviously needs upgrading.
We enjoyed our first few days in the area so much that we extended our stay by another 7 nights and then later again by another 3 nights.
There are a number of National Trust places to visit, as well as the magnificent Malvern Priory. Gardens to visit include Picton gardens. There is an excellent pub (The Swan) about a 15 minute walk away and many other highly rated pubs in the area. We enjoyed some amazing top quality meals.
The Malvern Hills are ideal for walkers, although parking is expensive.
As always the site was immaculate, clean and tidy, the wardens friendly and helpful.
We didn’t use toilet or shower facilities, because of the Covid situation so cannot comment on their condition.
Mobile phone signal for O2 was poor and the Tv signal had constant breaks in transmission.
We use an omnidirectional ariel and those with adjustable ariels may receive a better signal.
Re-tuning several times didn't help.
Excellent site, very highly recommended
I highly recommend this site at Malvern.
Last week I collected a new van from Wales and was delayed in setting off home to Cumbria so booked into the site at short notice. I was severely lacking in the usual domestic bits and pieces and the warden very kindly lent me what I needed, this was very much appreciated.
My wife and I had stayed there twice previously just for one night on route to Wales for business and we plan to revisit for a weeks holiday in 2021. The site is very well laid out, the toilet blocks are spotlessly clean and there are so many easy walking footpaths close to the site to explore the local area.
Thanks again we will be back
Fabulous Mid Week break
We stayed at Malvern Hills Caravan Club site last week. The wardens were friendly and welcoming and the site is beautifully kept. It was a perfect location for us to explore the Malvern area which we had never visited before and now that we have a taster of what is there, we will be back at some point
