Lovely Playground and Friendly wardens near the beach.

This was our first visit to a Caravan Club site, and we really liked it and we will definately be coming back. We have two 6 year olds and they were made to feel very welcome by the wardens, given the Tourer Explorer booklet which was great. They also did the treasure hunt and found the cashe and the warden gave them their prize and stamped their books (now we have to visit 5 other sites to get all the stamps). The wardens were so kid freindly and welcoming it made us all feel comfortable and added to the enjoyment of our weekend. The site was spotless. The facilities were very clean, tidy and modern. The playground was clearly quiet new and had a lot of equipement that the kids enjoyed with soft flooring. There was nowhere to play ball games (which is a shame if you have football mad boys). The pitches are all tidy and the site is flat but they are very close together. (I don't know if this is the same on all CC sites). If you are in an awning or outside without an awning you can probably sit on your chair and touch your toes of the car on the pitch next to yours. The pitch could do with a few more trees and bushes to add a bit of privacy and natural feel. Overall this is an excellent site, close to beach of littlehampton 5 mins drive (and others) supermarket within 5 mins drive. clean, tidy and excellent park with friendly wardens. I am sure this will be a favourite site for our family and its 1.5 hours drive from London.

Great location

Just had a week here, lovely site, very clean & very friendly wardens. Only down side is that the main road is very busy & you can hear the road noise, pitch 33 was a very good pitch to have. Very good location for Littlehampton, Arundel & the South Downs. Great walking & cycling with very close proximity.  Food good at the Six Bells but exceptionally good at the Bay Tree Inn, Arundel. Food at the Locomotive poor. The Crown in Littlehampton town centre is a great pub for a drink, staff very friendly & made us feel very welcome. Nice views at the Arun View Hotel.

Lovely site near home

First time here although we are fairly local and store the caravan even nearer. Really friendly wardens and a gem of a site. Impressed by the well thought out information available, particularly the detailed dog walk guidance.  A lovely laid out site and looks like will become a favourite for easy weekends away.

Close to home

Easy to find, but does have a bit of road noise. Stayed a number of times last year. Arundel is close by and Littlehampton beach is a short drive away. Chichester and the South Downs are worth exploring.

Excellent

I have to say that after spending 4 nights on this site that the wardens have to be the friendliest most helpful and delightful wardens I have encountered in my travels. The site is on the very outskirts of town and adjacent to the main A 284 so you can hear road traffic, likewise the railway line is near by. But to be honest after a short while we never noticed the noise at all. We pitched up close to the barrier entrance so away from the road noise. The facilities are absolutely spotless as is the over all site. We walked into the town and along the sea front which has had a lot of money spent on it and it shows. Would we go back again yes we would without hesitation.
