We stayed here over the New Year for 3 nights. The wardens were very helpful and had organized a New Years Eve party, in a marquee near Reception. Although we couldn't go along, it was a lovely gesture. The site is nearby the Canal which provides good walks in either direction. We walked to Froncasyllte and crossed the Pontcysyllte Aqueduct to the Telford Pub. Ok for a pint but heavy air of cooking fat was a bit offputting. We stopped at the Aquaduct Inn too in Froncasyllte - a warm welcome for us and the dogs too. Overall, we would recommend Lady Margaret's Park.
