First impressions
We have just returned from our first visit to this site and we were very impressed with it. The wardens who we understand were there on winter relief were doing an excellent job. The weather was extremely cold but the facility block was lovely and warm. Don't be put off by the note in the site book regarding the noise from the factory, we did not find it a problem, only a slight background hum. The setting is beautiful and should be even better in the spring. We will definitely be using this site again.
