Restaurant
I was disappointed that the bar was closed on New Years Eve as we booked site so we could have a meal and a drink without having to go off site. They said it was due to Covid but on the following day it was open!! It no longer allows dogs in bar so they need to have an area under cover outside with heaters to allow you to have a drink as the majority of people on site had dogs so I find it strange why they have suddenly decided not to allow them in the bar when most bars and restaurant off site all have areas where you can eat with dogs.

Many thanks for your review. On the 23 December the Bistro Manager tested positive for Covid and there was also other staff absences due to sickness. Everyone who had booked for the Ticket only event on NYE was contacted as was all the people who were going to be on site and we apologise for the inconvenience.The reason the Bistro was able to open on New Years Day was due to the Site Managers returning from annual leave early. Dogs have not been allowed in the Bistro since June 2021. Unfortunately there is not enough space to make a separate dog area away from people dinning in the restaurant.
