Great location and excellent wardens
Stayed here for 4 nights in order to visit Hampton Court Palace, Tower of London and Natural History Museum. Ideal location as the first was within walking/cycling distance (about 2.5 miles away) and the latter two short train ride from Hersham Station which is about a mile away. Very warm welcome from the wardens who clearly explained the location of the site facilities and the choice of pitches available to us and then left us to get on with it - which is what we prefer. Given its location this is a very peaceful site and it was impossible to tell that we were inside the M25. Some good walks to be had in neighbouring woods/nature reserve and some great places to eat in East Molesey which is on the south bank of the Thames near Hampton Court Palace. Will definitely return in not too distant future.
Also, directions on how/when to access the site were spot on.
