Stayed here from 17th December, on arrival amazed site was virtually empty but chose a good pitch but found nearby CEP was not to be used - incorrect label from icy conditions 2 weeks earlier - perfectly OK for our 15 night stay!! No change to label even after complaint to Warden!! Road noise a little obtrusive but Dog walking by the River Weir & the locality brilliant, our Cocker loved it!! No support from Warden when Wifi failed, not even a number for AirAngels just a boast of how good the dongle was in his Motorhome! Amazed when a different warden warden left motorhome water tap running in below zero temp!! No gritting at all done despite a very icy period. Overall site 9 Wardens 2.  I do need to mitigate this by a subsequent call from Sue, a warden, who organised the return of one of our Tracker fobs somehow left on site on our departure
