We have just returned home from a week's break at Chapel Lane .The floral display that greets you is delightful.Obviously a labour of love .The wardens keep the site in tip top condition and are a credit to the club.So much to see and do around the area I'm amazed it's always quiet when we visit ,this was our fifth time . Would we return ? Most definitely .
Lovely site
We spent 5 days 21-26 July
We arrived to the most beautiful display of hanging basket, and every flower you could imagine, a very friendly welcome from the wardens, we found a grass pitch under the trees, close to the toilet block and water, the shade was very welcome due to the hot weather, the facilities were spotlessly clean also the whole site very neat and tidy,as was the dog walk. small but fine for a quick pit stop.some lovely places to visit in the area Handbury Hall a National Trust property. Jinny's crafts, and lots more.
We really enjoyed our stay, we will be back again.
Thank you chapel Lane

Great For Stop overs
Used this site as a stop over on our way to the New Forest from Scotland. Clean friendly site with very helpfull wardens. Very easy to find just off jnct 3 of the M42 motorway. Toilets always clean with goood hot showers. Would recommend a visit to Becketts farm shop and restaurant less than a mile away, great food and great service, ploughmans platter was a treat.
Excellent stop over on way to Devon
This site is perfectly located as a stop over on the journey to the South West with very easy access close to the motorway. It was well managed on our recent two visits but is not what I would call a beautiful site. The non awning pitches are pretty much like a car park so if I were stopping for a few days rather than overnight I would want an awning pitch. From the information room it seems there are plenty of things to see and do in the area with busses and trains within waking distance. The toilet facilities and wardens were of the expected standards and helpfulness of a Club site. The shopping outlet & farm shop close by were worth a visit.
One night stopover
Used this site three times now, each time to break the journey from Scotland to Portsmouth for the Channel ferries and see relatives in the area.
Sites does what it says on the tin really - and I am sure that we will be back next year
Chapel lane visit
Just stayed 1 night , have stayed previously.
Wardens very helpful and nice welcome on arrival.
I did not realise that this is a huge site with storage and seasonal pitches but the layout feels like much smaller site.
Facilities are clean and tidy , could do with modernising , but quite acceptable at present.
Great location close to motorway links

Perfect stopover
We stopped here overnight twice as a break on our long journey to and from Devon. The site is just a few minutes from the motorway and getting checked in and set up is a quick and easy process with the helpful friendly wardens. Nearby is a fantastic farm shop, which is much bigger than normal, so you can pick up some wonderful provisions.
A favourite caravan club site
We stay here when visiting Birmingham. The older facilities block needs updating, but is spotlessly clean, the newer block is great. Love the small touch of wild flowers on sinks. Generous snippings of herbs to flavour your salads. Beware exceeding the 5mph speed limit, you will be number plate shamed. Lol.
Great job being done by wardens. We shall return....
Our favourite site
A regular stop for us although only a few miles from home it still has that holiday feel to it. Well placed in the countryside but convenient for several tourist destinations including Stratford upon Avon. Wardens friendly and helpful and work so hard to keep the site spotless. Special mention for disabled toilet/shower - best we have come across anywhere.

Convenient Stopover
We used this site because of its convenience en-route Cornwall to Northumberland. Being midweek we had a choice of pitches and ended up on a tarmac hard standing close to the TB which suited us fine. As previously mentioned the toilet block is looking dated and the water pressure in the showers was poor. We would stay again because its only one night and we did not have to use our own facilities. However, we would not want to stay longer.
