What’s not to like
Stayed in our motorhome for 3 nights over the Easter holiday. This was our first visit here and would definitely return and recommend:
Site is clean, well kept and plots were roomy. Shower/ toilet block is heated and clean.
The staff were polite and helpful. There is a small bar/ cafe which is really nicely decorated and great for a quick drink. It closed at 9pm but I think that’s good as it stop’s people getting a bit noisy late at night.
There was a pizza van on the Sunday night which we used, the pizzas were great and home made, it’s also nice to support local businesses.
We took the bus into Truro town centre on a Saturday which has a local market with nice home made items. The bus stop is about a 4 min walk and the returning stop is right outside the site. *TIP* to catch the bus back go to the bus station ( all the buses have to turn around there) we got sent to several different bus stops by locals and bus drivers not knowing where to catch the bus back. It was definitely easier than finding a parking space.
