all rounder location

Lovely site with friendly wardens. Convenient for Brighton, Eastbourne and Hastings and also at least 3 National Trust places with not too much travelling.

Lovely site

Enjoyed our stay, very clean and tidy site credit to the wardens.I do think that arrivals should not be allowed on site until 1pm due to the narrow lanes on approach to the site.

Peaceful and lovely

First visit having just bought our first caravan.  Lovely site, warm welcome and friendly campers who gave us great advice.   Only sad that we only had two nights. Will definitely be back, soon

Lovely site

This was our very first outing with our new motorhome, site not far from home but felt like we were miles away, peaceful and full of friendly people, had one night here but could have stayed much longer, we will be back, lack of facilities not a problem for us. Had a lovely time.

Perfect place to unwind

This was my first stay at Broomfield and I was slightly concerned about the lack of facilities that ive taken for granted at other club sites. However I'm so glad I tried this site out, because it was lovely. So quiet and peaceful. I pitched up amoungst the trees, a perfect location as having dogs it gave some shade and was close to the dog walk. The site is well kept and the wardens were lovely too.  I do not have children, but can't imagine this site being good for families.  I will definitely be back for some R and R.

Peace and quiet

If you want peace and a relaxing time this is the site for you, surrounded by fields, with an abundance of bird life. As you drive into the car park the colourful flowers greet you ,the site is very well managed with a large meadow in the middle which is a colourful mix of buttercups ,clover until the mowers come out.A friendly greeting awaits you from Alison in the office, who will do her best to help you.I wouldn't say it's a children's site ,as no playground etc. children may get bored unless amused by their parents. But to sit and soak up the peace and quiet it's brilliant.

What a Lovely Site

Hidden away in the heart of the Sussex Countryside, this site was just the getaway we wanted. We only live in Brighton !! But this hidden away little gem meant we could escape the hassles of work and people. The site is so pretty, when you drive in, there are overflowing flowerpots of flowers. I know its coming into summer but I feel sure it's always as well cared for. The choice of the large open space or being tucked away in the woods is a fun decision to make. Both are lovely, but we wanted to make the most of the sun so we opted for the open space.  Pitches are huge with plenty of space to keep yourselves to yourselves, but equally a friendly site and popular with dog owners. It's nice to have a dog walk just by walking around the site. Nearby villages are lovely. East Hoathley has a lovely coffee shop and local stores.  The wardens were so friendly, we loved it and will definitely be back.

A Good Site

This is truly a peaceful rural site, therefore it is easy to understand why it seems so popular with so many season pitch holders occupying the site. We chose it as it was central to the various places we wished to visit. The wardens, as you come to expect from the Caravan Club, are helpful, friendly and keep the site in well maintained order. Fortunately our caravan has a well appointed rear wash room so the absence of a toilet block was not a major problem and at £12.50pn for a warden operated secure site is excellent value for money.

Nice site quiet and tidy

Visited this site April 2015. Very friendly wardens ready to greet you on your arrival. Kept tidy, and plenty of room happy we were with this site, although a toilet block would give this full marks. A pretty village, with Horsham a car ride away, all in all a nice place for the weekend.

Lovely Site

This is our second time here and still love this site. Great location near the little village of East Hoathly, nice walk into the village and great pub serving delicious food. Wardens are lovely and are there if you need help but don't bother you otherwise. It wasn't busy when we were there a couple of weeks ago so it was lovely and quiet but even if it was busy the pitches are nicely spaced out and so I don't think it would be too noisy or intrusive
