Lost count my wife and I have been here less than an hour from home but could be the other side of the country this site is one of the loveliest sites on the network, quiet clean and the staff always friendly always happy to help close to village of Broadway and steam train opposite entrance to site have booked several visits through out this year and will continue to do so
10 out of 10
Just Brilliant
This is probably our favourite site (outside of the Lake District). The staff are just so lovely, cheerful, friendly and helpful. The site is beautifully kept and tidy. It's within walking distance of the village of Broadway where you can find some lovely tea/coffee stops (cakes too) There are several Hotels/Restaurants in the village too but we haven't been in them all, however can strongly recommend The Indian Restaurant, lovely food, friendly and attentive staff and reasonable prices, can't say the same about Tattersalls Restaurant unfortunately, we were very, very disappointed with that given the prices. Tisane Tearooms is also brilliant for during the day. There are some lovely walks out of the village too, the Broadway Tower is well worth a visit and within walking distance. We went on the steam train and visited Winchcombe on the return journey so that is another day out to consider. The place is just perfect.
Drifting onto Pitches at Broadway Today
Broadway always a favourite site, but was surprised on Easter Sunday to see first new arrivals drifting to park outfit, pitches obviously a premium. Previously witnessed the Caravan Grand Prix at Moreton in Marsh, with new arrivals racing for the best pitch, but bunny hopping over ramps and drifting round corners a first at Broadway today. First time I've seen parallel parking the caravan.
Wardens are doing a great job, and asking everyone to keep speed down, which a vast majority do.
A shame a few people just don't take any notice.

Pleasant stay
First stay here and was pleasantly surprised. Reception staff friendly, if very efficient, if you know what I mean! Nicely laid out site, plenty of space between pitches. Slight road noise from our pitch. One toilet block was closed when we stayed. would stay again, maybe not during peak season though as it'll probably be very busy. Handy for Broadway, Bourton and the steam railway too.
Lovely site!
This is the second time I've stayed here and I'll be back again. It's perhaps not the most centrally located site for the Cotswolds (that would probably be Moreton on Marsh) but it's peaceful with lovely views and very well laid out. It used to have a second toilet block in an old engine shed which was very cool (and had a vintage horse drawn caravan display) but was closed this time. However, the main block in the centre of the site was more than adequate. Thre's the railway line for the preserved railway that runs alongside which is fantastic when they're running steam trains (sadly not while we were there). Despite being nearly full when we arrived, it still felt spacious. The wardens were lovely and helpful. It's conveniently less than 15mins drive from Evesham, which was handy when we wanted a JustEat take-away delivery as it meant there were plenty of options and we met the driver at the gate with no fuss. We don't have kids so that's why I've rated it lower as I can't really judge but I didn't see any areas for kids to play so I assume there's probably better sites if you have little ones. There were dog walking facilties and plenty of people had dogs on site. Very handy for driving to Stratford Upon Avon (recommended, especially on Sundays when there's a very nice market), plus Chipping Norton and Bourton on Water. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
I have a new favourite CAMC!
This was our first time staying here , we arrived the day after a storm. You could not tell there had been one on the site as it was so immaculate. Really genuine friendly greeting on arrival with good description of the site for easy pitching.
Great location and lots of lovely walks in all directions despite the weather. 10 to 15 minutes to the centre of beautiful Broadway. We ate in The Swan Inn the first night and can highly recommend. Is dog friendly in the bar area. Also stocked up at the local Coop but if you do not want to walk into Broadway the garage opposite the site has a good selection of meats , bread, basic and chilled presecco!
Showers/Toilets are really clean as are the bin areas and whole park. It has a nice feeling about it. Lots of hard work goes into this site and it shows.
We hope to return in the summer to see the steam engine that passes the site . The old goods shed is on the top part of the site. We will also walk to Childwickham as tried the pub there for Sundaly Lunch and can highky recommend .

Great site but it's the location that makes it special
Lovely location an easy 10 minutes walk from Broadway, the most fabulous Cotswold village. Plus good walking to Broadway tower and the Cotswolds way.
The site has a nice variety of pitches to choose from.
No road noise although as we were in the middle of a storm, it was hard to hear anything but the site seemed fairly protected with mature planting.
Facilities were good, not quite immaculate and they had run out of hand gel at the chemical disposal station when we left at midday.
The only thing that slightly marred our stay was the reception on arrival which I would describe as efficient bordering on officious rather than welcoming.
Pristine, perfect and prestigious
My wife and I visited Broadway for 4 nights from 13/02/22. We were made very welcome. In order to stay on the same pitch we altered our booking a number of times, as our intended arrival date drew closer. The wardens were marvellous and dealt with all the requests, to make our stay just what we needed. During our stay we met a team of trainee wardens, receiving practical training on the site. They were delightful, enthusiastic and helped beyond measure the regular team at Broadway.
The site is pristine, perfect and prestigious. It is a first class example of excellent maintenance and care. All trees and shrubs are well maintained . All on site facilities are immaculate. The location with the heritage steam railway is magnificent. Buses can be hailed to stop on both sides of the main road, just outside the site entrance. Thank you Ian and Babs.
Great Site and Great Location
Stayed for a weekend in February, a great site and well worth a visit. The site team are brilliant, really friendly and welcoming, and the site is kept immaculate. It's not too big, and the facilities are ideal plus the location is superb. A 15 minute, well lit, path walk to the centre of Broadway with lots of cafes, pubs and charming shops, plus a wide network of walking - check out the Tourist Information site for single page downloadable circular walks. If you have the energy, we would recommend the walk up to Broadway Tower for amazing views over 13 counties (weather permitting) plus some great food at the Barn. On site, if you're staying over a Saturday night then set aside your evening meal plans and visit the Food Genie Fish & Chip van for great tasting food at great prices, and all on site to boot!
Great Cotswolds spot to stay.
Spent 3 nights here and glad we chose it. Friendly welcome and quick booking in. Had 2 dogs so picked a location opposite the dog walk. Liked the layout of the site and found a good sized pitch. Pitch very level so no need to do anything beyond levelling Jockey wheel . Also, accepted awning pegs well as some are rock hard and bend everything. Facilities were clean and maintained at sensible times.
Plenty of walks directly from the site and approx 20 mins walk to Broadway. Easy access to the site from main road. Shop and garage directly opposite the entrance for convenience. Going back later in the year.
