Booked Broadway because of proximity to heritage railway. Site is spotlessly clean. No faults. Wi-Fi is another matter - appalling is too kind . Paid my £30 for a year and expected gold service as advertised. Lack of connectivity was the case most days. When I did get online it was so slow a snail could walk faster than pages were coming down.
Site was not full on each day so Wi-fi improvements are not as touted by CAMC. Headmasters Report - must do better if you are going to pass this year.
Fantastic Staff
The site staff obviously take a pride in the site , it’s well looked after spotlessly clean . The train is a welcome return to the area . The site is ideally positioned for a stroll into Broadway. Plenty of good pubs and restaurants. Well done to all the staff on site and a big thank you for making our stay fantastic.

There is so much to do around Broadway
And Broadway itself is an open-air museum. Best fish&chips ever at Broadway hotel.
The CC site was packed. Making a reservation was almost impossible. People set dates a year in advance. We could only stay for three days. Fully served pitch is great, but expensive.
The amenities are good and clean.
Welcome was warm and very kind.
Brian was fantastic. He came to help with the TV cable and always asked if everything was going well.
This friendliness was not noticeable among all employees. "If you have problems with wifi, come to the reception," said the nice ladies.
But when I had a problem (just before closing time) I was told by another warden that they had nothing to do with the wifi. Anyway - everyone was a bit overheated (35 C).
The location is and will remain unique in the beautiful Cotswolds.
Great crepes stand on Sunday afternoon
Lovely site. Friendly staff. Super clean. Very convenient for ambling into Broadway. Lovely crepe seller on Sunday afternoon. Savoury crepe was delicious, sweet crepes also looked good. Great bonus being by the restored railway line on the upper level, watching the old steam trains coming into Broadway station, only a few each day. Loved the historical shower block on the upper level too.

Lovely site BUT.....................
This is a lovely site but not ideally suited to the less mobile as there are steep steps between the site levels and into the upper amenity block.
It is also not ideal if you have a noise sensitive dog - there is a lot of noise from the railway with several whistles each time the trains arrive and leave and also a lot of hissing noise from the steam. We were on the upper level so the lower level might be better. We knew about the railway and hadn't expected any problems but it was much noisier than anticipated.
Our second time at the site
Our second time here and thoroughly enjoyed our stay again. Great location and very clean and tidy. The close amenities in walking distance a must - lovely shops and pubs/restaurants.
Superb stay
Second visit, this time managed to secure pitch up by the railway line just to the right of the ‘Wanderer’ building. A fantastic pitch if you like peace and quiet as it is literally in its own. The trains go right by a few times a day and are great to watch
Otherwise, Broadway remains a lovely place to walk around and it is only a short walk away. The co op is the ideal place to replenish supplies before heading back. Had a lunch at the Crown and Trumpet which was ok (only)
Facilities are clean and the site is well run as you would expect of a club site. But the highlight was our lucky draw on the pitch…can’t be much better on the network
Wonderful site
Wonderful site and facilities very clean and great location for Gloucester & Warwick Railway and Broadway, the only point to make is that if you book onto the higher level area thinking there are facilities there as in the map they are closed ! and if you have someone elderly/infirm with you it is a long walk up and down steps to the toilet block,it would be useful for this to be pointed out on the website, otherwise a great site.
First of the season getaways...
Well as usual a great site and location too. We stopped over the Easter period it was busy and the weather was kind to us. There is always plenty to do using Broadway as a local Cotswold base, short walk into the town, or hop on the GWR steam railway and let nostalgia take over. Indeed using your car or bike you can explore further a field.
It was our third time at Broadway and each time we were made most welcome by the team and young Bev. The site is immaculately kept, well done to the team. and thank you !! ... will see you again very soon.

Just about our favourite site
Just completed our second stay of the year. This is a big favourite of ours, spotless facilities, friendliest staff ever, lots of happy smiling faces amongst the residents.
Bev and the team make you feel at home.
The site is close enough to the village centre to have a leisurely walk.
Keep up the good work, see you soon. October next.
