Nice site

Nice site and within walking distance of Broadway.Plenty of nice walks close by. Only one small problem no water in showers in main block one morning and not very warm another.

Escape to the country

We needed somewhere to escape to while we had our bathroom refitted, so chose Broadway because it is near to home. We received a very helpful, friendly welcome to this spacious well laid out site at the reception. We were surprised at the amount of visitors onsite considering it was mid February. The site facilities were emaculate and the shower block lovely and warm. The dog exercise area, although small is well fenced off for all but the smallest escape artist, and was perfect for out exuberant hound. Just a short 10-15 minute walk into the picturesque village of Broadway. Many local walks within easy access, Cleeve Hill being one of my all time favourites. Will definitely return, to this obviously very popular site, but I guess forward planning will be needed in the warmer months to avoid disappointment.

Had a great time

We stayed here before a few years ago. We received a warm welcome from the wonderful wardens and the site didn't disappoint. It was clean and well maintained.  There are plenty of places to walk with our little dog, and plenty of places to visit.  The wardens were fantastic, really helpful when we needed to borrow a piece of chalk and then a tape measure ?? Thank you. But they helped anyone who needed it which just shows what unsung heroes they are.  We will definitely be staying there again.

2nd visit

This was my 2nd visit to this site and just as I remembered it, great position to Broadway and lots of walks. Lovely wardens who were extremely helpful as per previous review I parked at pitch 4 and there was a fair amount of noise from the road so if you are a light sleeper I would avoid the first few pitches on the left. Great clean facilities. I will be back again soon.

My own mistake

Just had nearly a weeks stay at this site and I can say the facilities are of caravan club standard, the only gripe I have was my own fault, I chose pitch number 2 and the traffic noise was horrendous . Any pitch from 1 till 7 will be the same. To be fair the warden said I could move to another pitch as there was plenty empty at this time of year. If it was in the middle of summer you might not be so lucky. Other than the noise I enjoyed my stay but beware either chose another pitch or take ear plugs.

A warm and friendly welcome when we arrived. A quick check in and directed to an outstanding pitch. Spotlessly clean site, excellent facilities, friendly wardens. Would recommend and certainly visit again.

All in all, perfect winter break!

Great location with loads of walks nearby plus of course the wonderful village and surrounding villages.  Large number of eateries to please most budgets and tastes.  All clean and friendly staff.  Perhaps not so much for younger children, but for wrinklies like us for a quiet winter break, it was perfect.  It is though a very busy site at weekends, and this will become more so when the steam railway opens in a year or so.  Booking well in advance recommended.

Good touring centre

Spotlessly clean site, excellent facilities, friendly wardens, what is there not to like. A good site for visiting various Cotswold towns and villages, also Stratford, Oxford and Worcester within easy reach. Will certainly be visiting again as it is in easy distance from home and therefore ideal for a long weekend. Many of the people we spoke to said they use it in a regular basis, so that alone is a good recommendation.

Long weekend

We stayed from the 25th of February until the 28th and absolutely loved the site and the area.  Nice easy flat walk to the lovely village of Broadway, with its many shops and restaurants and bars. Site staff were very helpful and friendly. We loved it. Many thanks
