Stay on the site for 3 nights and enjoyed the experience. The welcome from the the wardens was friendly, efficient and informative for that I thank them. My non awning pitch was more than adequate and the facilities were comfortable and clean. Despite my travelling solo the site was easy to access. My main reason for staying here was to visit RSPB Pullborough Brooks, which is about 45 minutes from the site. Not being a particular fan of Brighton I avoided the town. The Marina is only a 5 minute drive away. I only gave a 1 star rating for good for families as I really have no idea
Love this site
We have used this site twice a year for 4 years and now with a new caravan we spent two holidays over the Christmas period, we cant fault this site, the marina is a small town on its own with lots of places to eat and drink, cinama and bowling and free parking for 4 hours, Brigton is a fantastic town with a great pier and loads to do, park on the sea front starts at £4 for 4 hours, park closer to the town and the price goes up, park in a multie story in the town and we paid (just the once) £15 for 4 hours, never again, park early on the sea front to get a space, apart from the pain of parking Brighton is a fantastic place to visit.
Great site for visiting Brighton
We visited this site and received a warm welcome after a stressful journey. Facilities are very good, clean and warm. Good for kids with a nice playground area. Slightly cramped but well laid out so no problems. Only quibble would be the noise from the wardens on their mini tractors. Gets a bit much but worth it for the nice clean site. Would recommend if you want to visit Brighton.
New year break
A lovely site. Wardens very helpful, due to windy weather on Wednesday changed our booking till Thursday. Location to marina excellent within walking distance and bus service was second to none. Will definitely go back when hopefully weather will I be better. Thank you to two neighbours on the site who visited us at 12.15 am with a bottle to say happy new year, Gail and John from Cheltenham

Good site, let down by sanitary facilities
We booked this site between Christmas and New Year and with a pitch fee of £32 it's the most expensive we have ever stayed on. The site is typical of Caravan Club sites in that it is well laid out and, on paper at least has good facilities.
However the toilet was blocked, showers cool and no hot water in the washing up sinks. Clearly the facilities were overloaded, but surely this should have been anticipated on a site costing this much to stay?
As others have commented the surrounding area is not very nice and if we wanted to visit Brighton, I think we would travel in from elsewhere. I wouldn't book this site again.
Rather disappointed overall.
Convenient location
Sheltered spacious park, however, not totally secure I felt, anyone can walk in and use the facilities as you don't have a key or anything, and there are several "Travellers" using the approach road to the park, (and one in a tent right outside) although a barrier card is issued for vehicle access, it's open to pedestrians, also noticed one of the motorhomes went off for the day..only to find a caravan pitched on his space when he returned.. It is a case of "find an empty pitch and come back and tell us" obviously not recorded anywhere. Staff friendly enough and helpful, but I wouldn't advise being out after dark..extremely run down area.
Outstanding site
We have stayed at the Brighton site several times and we have always enjoyed our stay. Full marks for cleanliness in the toilet blocks, we have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The location is very good - just a 10/15 minute walk to the bus stops with frequent services to the centre of Brighton. As its next door to the Whitehawk football ground and a sports ground it can be a little noisy at times but this has never bothered us.

Bankholiday break
We stayed here for a couple of nights over the August bank holiday earlier this year. A well maintained, clean site. Excellent location for getting into Brighton, we walked into town and to the marina, but did get taxi's back after dark, as it is quite a long dark, remote walk up the lane to the site.
Will def be returning.

Close to attractions
We enjoyed our stay at this site. The wardens were friendly and good humoured and the site itself is close to Brighton Marina, the sea front and all its attractions. There is some noise from the adjacent sports fields but otherwise quite peaceful and quiet. It has a rural feel about it because of being surrounded by hills and sheep grazing. There are lots of rabbits too.
