We regularly come back to this site as you get a warm welcome, the wardens are always cheerful and helpful. The site is very clean and beautifully kept.
It is a very good base to visit many places in Kent.
Really nice site with helpful, friendly staff.
We enjoyed a 4 night break here in April 2015, it was just what we needed, peaceful and relaxed. The staff were really helpful and a pleasure to deal with. We highly recommend a visit.
Nice site poor dog walk
Please don't read too much into the title of this review, the site itself is a very nice clean site and the wardens are very helpful, the only down side to the whole site is the dog walk compared to most c.c. Sites which have very good walks this is very poor. That said if you don't have a dog the whole site is very peaceful overlooking open fields and the toilet block is to the standard you would expect from a c.c. Site.
Convenient for eurotunnel
Superb location, very clean and tidy site and lovely friendly welcome from the warden, probably the warmest welcome. Looking forward to our stay on our return to France in May. Fish and chips on Friday evening lovely.
A nice caravan site
The wardens, Terry and Roz extremely friendly and helpful. The site is kept tidy and clean with nice pitches, both hard standing and grass. There is some Motorway noise if the wind is in the wrong direction, but it did not bother us.
Although the site was half full, not many drivers adhered to the 5 MPH speed limit which could be worrying when it is busier.
Lovely little site, super friendly staff, and well located
We stayed for a long weekend in March 2014. The one single fault that we had with the site is the faint but constant motorway noise, but the super friendly wardens saw that we had a baby and allocated us a pitch at the rear of the site the furthest away from the road.
Everything else about this site is A*!!! We loved it here - small and friendly, the staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough for us!
The pitches are hard standing in the main, with a small summer-only grass pitch area. They are all flat and serviced with electric hookup and TV. TV signal is strong here, and wifi signal is good too.
There is a special baby and toddler bathroom which is immaculate, as is the rest of the shower block and toilets. They are closed daily between 10:30 and 12pm as someone else said, but this really isn't an issue if you have a toilet in your caravan and really can't hold on!
On Friday evenings there is a fish and chip van on site and although we didn't have any, it smelled good!
There is a lovely little fenced-in playground on site and small dog walk, however just over half a mile down the road there is a huge woodland trust area where dogs can go off lead, and it's very pretty to walk through too.
The nearby village (town?) of Bearsted is beautiful with some gorgeous houses (mansions!) to gawp at! There are also lots of lovely places to eat as well, including a reasonable priced country pub called the white horse in the centre of Bearsted by the village green.
The shopping is great too. Close by - just a short drive down the M20 - is the designer outlet mall which has over 80 shops. There is a large Asda, and closer to home is a tesco express, and a couple of petrol stations.
Again, we can't rate this park highly enough. The staff are so welcoming and helpful that we have decided we are making this our regular long-weekend campsite!
Looking forward to staying here again soon :) Thank you to the owners! Tammy, Mark and Maya.

A Short Break
We stayed for just two nights in March and know the area. Full credit to the wardens - the site is well-run in a quiet and efficient way. Location is good from the M20/A20 and the site is well-placed for rural Kent, with the north Kent coast not too far away. Set in a rural location the site is fairly small but space for pitches is good, as is access from the highway. There is a constant traffic hum from the motorway and Eurostar whizzes by every now and again but you soon get used to it (it shouldn't keep you awake at night). Pitches are generally level and facilities easy to reach, although we only use water and cc emptying. Water hoses and the like all neat and tidy and clipped in place. Childrens' play area and a dog walk within the site. There are several excellent pubs with restaurants within a short drive if you know where to look! We will return perhaps later in the year for some Autumn sunshine.

Well kept site
Used the postcode in the satnav to find the site, but ended up somewhere completely different, did not think the site was signposted coming off the Motorway, The site itself is very well kept, small and great views, There is a lot of motorway noise, but you do not notice this when your inside.
The only downside to the site is that the toilets and showers are ALL closed between 10.30 and 12 for cleaning, which is not the most convenient if you want to use the facilities on your day of departure, I am sure a different time would be more customer friendly.
Just a bit too close to the Motorway!
This small site is ideal if you want to visit Leeds Castle or are on the way to somewhere else, but not, we think, a base for an holiday.
We found the background road and rail noise intrusive (no doubt made worse because it had been raining), although the pitches are fine, level and with rural outlooks. The facilities are also fully up to Club statndard, although our dog found his walk area uninspiring and a bit muddy!
