A great little site.

Great site, easy to get anywhere in Bristol. So many things to do and see within walking distance. Site wardens friendly and helpful. Site is clean and tidy.

Fantastic site

Baltic Wharf is a fantastic location. Only 30 minutes walk from the city centre and all the amenities. We have just returned from a few days there and the site is clean and tidy as you would expect. For people who wish to give their dogs a good walk, Ashton Court is 25 minutes walk in the opposite direction and has acres of land for the dogs to have a good run on! For us, a perfect combination. What a shame that the site will close in due course due to Bristol City Council wanting the land.

At the heart of Bristol

Been to the site a few times before and it really is so convenient for the city centre. It's novel to be able to catch a ferry into town and the service runs from just outside the site. The hedgerows bordering the harbour have been cut back and those lucky enough to pitch along it get wonderful views of the wharf. The site facilities are very well kept but need updating. I hope the Club look at this if and when they secure a longer term lease for the site As usual we had a great time here and look forward to returning soon

Another great few days.

Another good few days at this wonderful place.I hope Council staff who have stupid ideas to shut the site read these reviews. As usual we spent time and what seems like plenty of money in shop, pubs etc. The wardens go above and beyond other site staff.always cheerful and keep site clean, even out on waterfront picking litter out of the hedge !! Would be happy to pay for local bus which while Metrolink is being built is free .on time when we used it. Really good meals at Nova Scotia, don't tell anyone as its always busy. Small niggle is poor flushing of toilets, but otherwise spot on. Hope to visit again in June subject to NHS waiting lists.

Another great stay

My second time of visiting. I have a UK designed 5th Wheeler so need the extra space which this surprising little site can provide, Friendly staff, clean and functional services, superb location. As ever the only two problems with this site are that it doesnt have more spaces and is always popular. Will stay again anytime its available. first class.

Amazing location

When we tried to book, this site was fully booked until late summer, so we phoned up a few days before and managed to get a cancellation. Perfect! Location couldn't be better for a city break. The city centre is a very interesting 20 minute walk or ferry ride. Look out for the Banksy as you walk through the street after the marina. So much to do and see. SS Great Britain, museums, art galleries, theatres to name but a few. The unexpected highlight of our stay was joining a Street Art walking tour. Highly, highly recommended! Apart from the obvious viewing of Banksy and other street art, the tour of 2 1/2 hours / 1 1/3 miles, took us to parts of the city we wouldn't have discovered on our own and Alex our guide gave us a fascinating education on street art and its history. Perfect site for a city break.

An oasis in the city

An absolute gem of a site in the middle of Bristol. We were there for a training weekend and had a pleasant walk up to Clifton. The showers are fantastic. Really well thought through. Staff and other campers all very friendly and helpful. Heading back if we can next college training weekend.

Weekend in bristol

The site is well placed for the city centre , there are lots of things close by to do.. The dock land area with pubs and restaurants are all within a 15 minute walk. The site is well cared for nd the out look onto the water is lovely. You can get a water taxi into the city ftom the back gate. Near by are 3 nice real ale pubs 2 of them do good food. Will visit again.

Short stay.

A great site to visit Bristol and the surrounding area, however, there’s little to do on the site itself. It must be viewed as a base. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
