Lovely CL. very well kept, large gravel hardstandings well spaced out, each has a view of surrounding fields. Being fully serviced pitches means no communal facilities which is great during the pandemic. Nicola is friendly and very helpful. She ensures each hook up and tap point is sanitised between guests departure and next arrival.
The site is very accessible from the A1 and close to Lincoln. The Wolds are beautiful and about an hour's drive. The coast about 90 minutes.
The only downside is road noise from the nearby A46 which we found disturbing when the wind was in the wrong direction. Unfortunately that is beyond Nicola s control!
First visit
This was our first visit to Skybarn Farm (not the last),
Fantastic little five van site,
Excellent hard standing pitches,
Excellent for walking our four whippets,
Second site Visit
Second visit to Skybarn It was lovely to have a change of scenery at long last and good weather very peaceful site well organised with lovely walks for the dogs especially the spire and steeple walk at Heighlington, such a pity that the nice cafe was not open

Home from home
Like most of us, we were desperate to get away - so we opted to book Skybarn again as we had enjoyed spending a very stormy week (weather wise) in February 2020 which was also our first full week away, after only becoming caravan owners in November 2019.
We were not disappointed. A great welcome from Nicola and it really did feel like 'home'.
This time the weather was kinder - we were able to cook outside using the Cadac and we met some really like minded people who we will be keeping in touch with.
The site is immaculately maintained - large fully serviced pitches are a joy - scenic views are wonderful and whilst there is some low level traffic noise, it isn't and doesn't spoil the otherwise relaxing experience.
We highly recommend this site - we have booked to stay over Christmas this year, all being well.
Lovely private cl
We had a lovely stay at the very well located and equipped site. Easy access from the main A road and great cycle paths around the countryside and into Lincoln. Spacious private pitches, each with water/waste/electric. Very secure with coded gate access. The Rose and Crown pub is a 20minute walk through the sites own fields and was very welcoming.
Would recommend if you are looking for somewhere close to Lincoln but still with the countryside on the doorstep.
Nicola is very welcoming and informative.
Escape after lockdown.
We have just spent 8 nights at our favourite cl, it was a pleasure to be back. Over the past 4 months Richard and Nicola have worked so hard to create a much improved site. It was good before but now excellent. The pitches are much larger, all new perimeter fencing, recycling area and chemical waste modernized. This is a must go to site . Congratulations to you both.
Excellent
Stayed here for two nights as soon as lockdown was lifted.
First impressions were very good. A nice level site with well spaced out pitches.
Recycling point and chemical empty close by, and the newly added dog/boot wash will be welcome on the wet weather.
Lovely walk around the farm for both dogs and people.
Friendly welcome from Nicola, who came and introduced herself a couple of hours after our arrival.
Will definitely be returning
First and last weekend away with our new to us van.
Spent a weekend here just prior to lockdown. Lovely site, friendly, helpful owners. We will definitely return when able to. You will struggle to find a better site. Derek and Liz Bexon March 2020
Great C L
Stayed here prior to the virus outbreak, a lovely clean site only slight problem is road noise but that is no fault of the site owners. Very pleasant welcome when we arrived and fully serviced pitches are a god send.
Willfefinitely use next time we’re in the area
