Excellent Site

Arrived at the site and received a friendly welcome form the owners. They explained everything about the area and the number of walks around which in a full week we never completed but enjoyed immensely despite the mixed weather. The Site is well spaced out on hardstanding with water close to each pitch. The views from the site are tremendous and the farm which concentrates on sheep also has a few donkeys to entertain you. We will certainly be backing the future.

Immaculate site with a great welcome

Just had a one night stopover while travelling home and what a great site it is. Immaculate pitches and well spaced out on hardstanding. Such a great welcome..from the donkeys and collie dogs and the owner of course who was great with directions to fantastic walks in the nearby woods which has marked trails. The drive to the site from the main road is not for the nervous driver or the largest of motohomes but we managed fine in our 7.5m. Its worth a visit and if the weather had been better we would have stayed a couple more days for some more walks. A very handy site for travelling on the M90 or A90

Lovely Campsite

This was our first visit to Northlees Farm and it is definitely a site we would return to, the location has some lovely views down towards the River Tay and some great woodland walks accessible direct from the site. Pitches are spacious and we had everything we needed, the Carrot Cake in the honesty box was delicious too. Will look forward to returning to this site in the future.

Superb site, exceptional views

What a superb site with a very warm welcome from owners. The view is incredible and the site beautifully maintained. We were in donkey heaven, three beautiful babies to keep us entertained along with the lambs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend. Well worth the trip.

Superb location, stunning views.

We loved this CL, as stated a great location with access from all directions. Friendly welcome, great hard standings, fabulous views over The River Tay and into Fife. Strongly suggest you follow directions and not SatNav, we made that mistake and ended up in a fix. Entrance lane is very bumpy, but it is a farm after all.

What a superb CL!

We stayed for 7 nights at this CL. It is set in wonderful countryside and offers a stunning view over the River Tay. It is well situated for Perth and Dundee. The site is beautifully kept and the hardstanding pitches are very large and very well-spaced out. The chemical waste and grey waste disposal is well thought out and is screened. There is fresh water supplied to each pitch. On arrival we were met by the owner who is a lovely, friendly lady. There is an excellent walk which runs right past the CL and is great for dog walking. The only minor issue is the access road which is a little difficult but there is very little traffic. All in all, this is a superb CL and I highly recommend it. We look forward to visiting again next year.

Stunning Setting

What a beautiful setting for this immaculate site. The views are stunning and almost 360 degrees with the River Tay below. Lovely walks direct from the site and all water and grey waste beside each large and level pitch. Working farm with horses, sheep and donkeys nearby and lots of wildlife in the sky above. Many delicious home baked treats in the adjacent hut. Friendly and attentive owners. Been twice and more visits planned.

Amazing Site

Stayed here for one night with my wife and had such a relaxing day/night and the site is exceptionally clean and tidy with stunning views. We were met by Jean who is lovely and she was very informative as to where we could go for walks etc. There is an information hut/shed where there is often baking and eggs to purchase. There is access to water and a chemical waste disposal point. We will definitely return and would certainly highly recommend this site.

Amazing clean tidy site!

Stayed at Northlees twice in last 12 months & due to return soon. We absolutely love this site. Beautiful views, clean tidy site, love that Annie the dog comes to visit us each day. Small hut on site where little treats are left for a small charge & fresh eggs. I can recommend the home made fudge best ever!!! Delightful family. Our Granddaughter loves to come to play with Andy & Jeans Granddaughter, they have great fun together. Make sure you follow the directions to get to site & not your sat nav. Road is uneven but really worth the bounce for the view. Can't wait to return. Highly recommend this site.

Exceptional site!

This is a truly outstanding, very relaxing location. Stunning views for miles around, plus entertainment from the lambs, sheep, donkeys and cow on this working farm. There are kites, buzzards, swifts and swallows to name but a few of the many birds that can be seen from your pitch. The pitches are extremely well kept, nicely spaced apart, and each has water and power. The owners, Andy and Jean, are very friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. The homemade scones and cake were delicious! We loved it here and will definitely definitely visit again. As mentioned by other reviewers, be careful not to turn off the A90 too early, or you will be faced with a steep single track road with speed humps. Approach from so you turn Right into the road the farm is on, not Left into it.
